چکیده

چکیده:
اهداف: دوران بارداری و زایمان، علاوه بر تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی، کیفیت زندگی روانشناختی و رضایتمندی زناشویی را تحت تاثیر خود قرار می دهد. با توجه به اهمیت نقش متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر رضایت زناشویی، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر تعدیل کننده بهزیستی روانشناختی در رابطه انطباق پذیری و همبستگی خانواده با رضایتمندی زناشویی در زنان اول زا می پردازد.
مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر، شامل کلیه زنان اول زا بود که در خرداد و مرداد ماه سال 96 در بیمارستان شهیدان مبینی سبزوار زایمان داشتند (420 نفر) . 198 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به صورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های بهزیستی روان شناختی ریف فرم 18 سوالی ( RSPWB-18) (1989)، انطباق‌‌پذیری و همبستگی خانوادگی اولسون (1999) و رضایت زناشویی اینریچ (1989)، استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند گانه تعاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین همبستگی خانواده و رضایت مندی زناشویی، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (P

چکیده [English]

Background: the period of pregnancy and childbirth influences the quality of psychological life and marital satisfaction in addition to physiological changes. According to the importance of effective variables on marital satisfaction, the present research studied the moderating effect of psychological well-being in relation between adaptability and family correlation with marital satisfaction among women with first parturition.
Materials and Methods: it is a descriptive-correlation research. The population of the present research included all women with first parturition in June and August of 2017 in Shahidan-Movini hospital of Sabzevar (420 individuals). 198 individuals were selected by available and voluntary sampling. In order to obtain data, 18-question form of Rief's psychological well-being questionnaire (RSPWB-18) (1989), Olson family correlation and adaptability scale (1999) and Enrich marital satisfaction inventory (1989) were used. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and interactive multiple regression.
