چکیده

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) به شیوه گروهی بر سرکوبی افکار منفی و درماندگی آموخته شده در زنان نابارور انجام گرفت.
روش کار : این پژوهش، به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر اجرا شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه، شامل همه زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به متخصصین زنان و زایمان شهر نیشابور در بهار 96 می باشد. 24 زن نابارور به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه آزمایش(12 نفر) و کنترل(12 نفر) به صورت تصادفی گمارش شدند. از هر دو گروه پیش آزمون گرفته شد. اعضای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت درمان گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های سرکوبی افکار وگنر و زاناکس (1994)» و سبک اسناد اسلامی شهربابکی (1369) مورد جمع آوری قرار گرفت. داده های پژوهش به روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره و تک متغیره توسط نرم افزار SPSS 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری با سطح معناداری (0/001< p) نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در مرحله پس آزمون وجود دارد که نشان دهنده اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سرکوبی افکار و درماندگی آموخته شده (سبک اسناد) زنان نابارور می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: از این مطالعه می توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد می تواند از درمان های مناسب جهت کاهش افکار منفی و درماندگی آموخته شده در زنان نابارور باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background & Objectives: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group therapy based on Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) on Suppression of negative thoughts and learned helplessness were infertile women.
Materials and Methods: This study is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group was unequal. The statistical population included all of Infertile women at Neyshabur city who have been referred to gynecologists in Spring 2017. 24 infertile women who were selected by available sampling method and voluntary that were randomly assigned to experimental groups(n = 12) and control(n = 12). Both groups were tested before. the experimental group for 8 sessions of 90-minute group therapy were based on acceptance and commitment. data through questionnaires Suppression of thoughts " Wegner and Zanakos"(1994) and Documentary style "Islami Shahr Babaki"(1991) was gathering. research data to way multivariate analysis of variance and were analyzed by SPSS 21 software.
Results: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance with significance level (p > 0/001) on the hypothesis that there is a significant difference between the two groups at post-test, that represents, the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy based on suppression of thoughts and learned helplessness )documentary style( in infertile women.
Conclusion:The conclusion of the study is that based group therapy, acceptance and commitment appropriate treatment is to reduce negative thoughts and learned helplessness in infertile women.
