چکیده

زمینه و هدف: افسردگی پس از زایمان از جمله مشکلات روانشناختی مهم مادر در دوران بارداری و پس از آن است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین صمیمیت با همسر و خودکارآمدی عمومی با افسردگی پس از زایمان در نخستین زایمان انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی بود و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه زنانی که تجربه اولین زایمان را در شهر یزد دارند، تشکیل داد. تعداد 200 نفر از آنان با روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه های افسردگی پس از زایمان ادینبرگ (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale)، صمیمیت زناشویی واکر و تامپسون (Marital Intimacy Scale) و خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر (General Self-efficacy Scale) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری آزمون شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین سن و تحصیلات با افسردگی پس از زایمان رابطه وجود دارد (05/0>p) اما تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه شاغل و خانه دار دیده نشد (05/0p>). همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای خودکارآمدی، صمیمیت با همسر و سن، بصورت منفی افسردگی پس از زایمان را در نخستین زایمان پیش‌بینی می‌کنند(05/0>p). یعنی با افزایش خودکارآمدی، صمیمیت با همسر و سن مقدار افسردگی پس از زایمان کاهش می یابد. این متغیرها در مجموع 36 درصد از تغییرات متغیر افسردگی پس از زایمان را تبیین می‌کنند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده افزایش صمیمیت با همسر و خودکارآمدی می تواند در کاهش افسردگی پس از زایمان موثر باشد.

Introduction and Aims: Postpartum depression is one of the important psychological problems of the mother during pregnancy and afterwards. The purpose of this study was to determine postpartum depression based on spouse intimacy and general self-efficacy in the first birth.
Material and Method: It was a cross- sectional study. The statistical population consists of all women who had the first birth experience in the city of Yazd. With multistage cluster random sampling method, 200 women selected and were tested by Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Sherer Self-Efficacy Scale (SES) and Walker and Thompson Intimacy Scale. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation, Independent samples t-test, Analysis of Variance and Multivariate Regression analysis.
Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between age and education with postpartum depression (p0.05). The main hypothesis of the study was that the spouse intimacy, self-efficacy and age were predicted postpartum depression in the first birth (p
