چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر افشره بابونه، افشره زنیان و کلونیدین بر سندرم ترک اعتیاد معتادین خودیار انجام گردید.

روش‌کار: طی یک کارآزمایی بالینی یک مرحله‌ای و سه‌سوکور، 135 نفر از معتادین خودیار به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه مقایسه و مداخله (دو گروه) قرار گرفتند. به گروه‌های مداخله به ترتیب افشره بابونه وافشره زنیان وبه‌گروه شاهد قرص‌کلونیدین؛ داده-شد. علایم توسط معیار بالینی سندرم ترک اعتیاد مواد اوپیوئیدی در 6 مرحله ثبت و با نرم افزار SPSS و توسط آزمون تی‌مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.

نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار درجه سندرم ترک اعتیاد قبل از مداخله در گروه بابونه، زنیان و کلونیدین به ترتیب (241/7±15/24)، (845/8±52/26) و (469/7±03/23) و بعد از مداخله (442/7±11/12)، (452/8±42/11) و (775/7±51/8) بود. آزمون ANOVA نشان داد که سه گروه قبل از مداخله ( 32/.= p) و بعد از مداخله (70/0= p) تفاوت آماری معنی داری از نظر درجه سندرم ترک اعتیاد ندارند.

بحث: کاهش علایم سندرم ترک اعتیاد در مصرف‌کننده‌ی‌کلونیدین بیشتر است، اما بین سه گروه تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری:در مورد تاثیرافشره های گیاهی مذکور بر سندرم ترک اعتیاد انجام مطالعات بیشتر ضرورت دارد.

Comparison of Matricariachamomilla oil, Trachyspermumcopticum oil and Clonidine on Withdrawal syndrome in Narcotics Anonymous
Abstract:
Introduction: Study aimed to compare the effects of chamomile oil , oil copticum and clonidine withdrawal syndrome NA groups was performed .
Method and Materials: This study is a Double-blind one stage clinical trial with the comparison group. The sample consisted of 135 patients who were randomly NA groups in thecontrol and intervention groups (two groups) were placed. In intervention groups1, chamomile oil, in the intervention group2, oil copticum common and in control group treated with clonidine withdrawal is received. COW's symptoms questionnaire was recorded in6steps, and the results were analyzed using SPSS software.
Results: Baseline mean and standard deviation of withdrawal syndrome in the group of Matricariachamomilla oil, Trachyspermumcopticum oil and Clonidine respectively (241/7 ± 15/24), (845/8 ± 52/26) and (469/7 ± 03/23) and after the intervention (442/7 ± 11/12), (452/8 ± 42/11) and (775/7 ± 51/8), respectively. ANOVA test showed that the three groups before the intervention (p=0/32) and after (p= 0/70) no significant difference in the degree of addiction syndrome.
Conclusion: Vegetable oil on the impact of the withdrawal syndrome More studies are needed.
