چکیده

چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: بر طبق آمار ، جمعیت نوجوانان1/28 درصد کل جمعیت کشور را تشکیل می دهند و در کشور ما 15درصد کودکان زیر 5 سال دچار کوتاه قدی تغذیه ای می باشند. با توجه به اهمیت تغذیه در دوران نوجوانی و همچنین نقش آموزش بهداشت در ارائه آموزش های موثر جهت ایجاد عادات تغذیه ای مناسب پژوهشگران تصمیم گرفتند پژوهشی با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر رفتار تغذیه ای دانش آموزان دختر مقطع راهنمایی شهر چابهار انجام دهند.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر پژوهشی مداخله‌ای نیمه‌تجربی از نوع قبل و بعد می‌باشد که بر روی 90 دانش‌آموز دختر مقطع دوم راهنمایی چابهار به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه FFQ بود. پرسشنامه در دو زمان قبل و 3 ماه بعد توسط دانش‌آموزان تکمیل گردید. بعد از انجام پیش-آزمون، مداخله آموزشی طی 4 جلسه در مدت زمان 10 روز برای گروه آزمون انجام گرفت. اطلاعات با نرم‌افزار SPSS18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش دو گروه آزمون (84/7±25/71) و کنترل (55/7±62/71) قبل از مداخله با هم تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند (05/0<P). اما بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی‌دار در میانگین نمرات بین دو گروه آزمون(8.71±49/89)و کنترل(6.99±59/72) مشاهده شد(001/0P<).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه تأثیر مثبتی روی الگوی تغذیه دانش-آموزان داشته است .

چکیده [English]

Background: According to recent statistics, the teenagers form 28.1% of the population in our country. Also, 15% of children under 5 year suffer from stunting, and 9% had moderate to severe underweight moderate and severe based on weight and age. By considering the importance of nutrition in adolescence, as well as the role of health education in providing effective training to create the proper nutritional habits, researcher aimed to determine the effect of educational intervention on the nutritional behavior of female students of secondary school in Chabahar city.
Materials and Methods: This is a quasi-experimental research conducted on two groups of 90 female students, selected randomly from two middle schools of Chabahar. Iran in 2012 – 2013. The samples were divided into two groups randomly, as control group and test group (n= 45). Data collection instruments was FFQ questionnaire. The questionnaire was completed at two stages (before, and 3 months later after educational intervention) by the students. Following the pre-test, the educational intervention has been conducted in 4 sessions in a 10-day period of time. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 18 and appropriate statistical tests.
Results: There was not significant difference between the two groups before intervention, concerning their average scores of the main variables of the study (P>0.05). There appeared meaningful differences between the two groups after intervention concerning the average scores of facilitating behaviors (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Based on the results of this research educational intervention has positively effects on the students' nutrition pattern.
