چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ارتباط سبکهای تفکر مدیران با میزان پذیرش تغییر از سوی آنها می‌تواند در مراکز درمانی برای مدیران پرستاری چالش برانگیز باشد. لذا این تحقیق با هدف تعیین رابطه سبک‌های تفکر عملکردی مدیران پرستاری عملیاتی با میزان پذیرش تغییر در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1394 انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کمی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. نمونه پژوهش 146 نفر از مدیران پرستاری عملیاتی شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر اصفهان بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی سبک تفکر از پرسشنامه استرنبرگ-واگنر و جهت ارزیابی میزان پذیرش تغییر از پرسشنامه رابرت-هلر استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار SPSS19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که سبک تفکر غالب در بین مدیران عملیاتی پرستاری، سبک اجرایی بود. میانگین نمره پذیرش تغییر مدیران 25/13 8/97 بود. همبستگی محاسبه شده بین سبک‌های تفکر و پذیرش تغییر توسط مدیران نشان داد بین سبک‌های تفکر اجرایی، قضاوت‌گر و قانون گذار با پذیرش تغییر رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه مستقیم بین سبک های تفکر مختلف قانون‌گذار، اجرایی و قضاوت‌گر با پذیرش تغییر این نتیجه حاصل می‌گردد که مدیرانی که در هر یک از سه سبک تفکر مورد بررسی ، دارای تفکر قوی تر هستند، آمادگی بیشتری برای پذیرش تغییر دارند. این رابطه در تفکر قضاوت گر مشهودتر است.

An investigation of the correlation between the nurse managers' functional thinking style and accepting change in educational hospitals of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2015

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The relationship between managers' thinking style and their accepting change can be challenging for nurse managers in health centers. The aim of this study is to evaluate the correlation between the operational nurse managers' thinking style and accepting change in educational hospitals of Isfahan University of medical sciences in 2015.
Methods and Materials: This research is quantitative and correlation study. A sample with 146 individuals of statistical population was selected from nurse managers worked in educational hospitals of Isfahan University of medical sciences. Data were collected from the research samples by using the assessment index of Sternberg thinking style and Robert Heller questionnaire for determining the acceptance rate of change. Collected data was analyzes, using SPSS 19.
Results: Results have shown that the executive thinking style was the prominent thinking style among the nurse managers. In terms of "change acceptance", the average score was 97.8±13.25. Calculated correlation between different levels of thinking styles and change acceptance by the managers has indicated that there is a significant correlation between the levels of executive, judicial and legislative thinking styles with the change acceptance.
Discussion and conclusion: According to direct relationship between the levels of executive, judicial and legislative thinking styles with the change acceptance this result can be achieved that managers with this three mentioned thinking styles have stronger thinking and are mare prepared to accept changes. This relationship is more prominent for judicial thinking style.
