چکیده

چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: امروزه اینترنت به یکی از منابع مهم برای جستجوی اطلاعات سلامت تبدیل شده است که یکی از مهمترین گروه‌های استفاده کننده از آن برای جستجوی اطلاعات سلامت را زنان تشکیل می‌دهند.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش کمی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است و استفاده از اینترنت برای جستجوی اطلاعات سلامت در میان زنان را با استفاده از مدل پذیرش فناوری مورد ارزیابی قرار داده است. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه بود و جامعه آماری آن را 200 زن شاغل در وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی تشکیل دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نرم افزار لیزرل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نگرش مثبت کاربران نسبت به اینترنت، منجر به استفاده بیشتر از آن برای کسب اطلاعات و مدیریت سلامت می‌شود و برداشت ذهنی از سودمندی و سهولت استفاده از اینترنت علاوه بر استفاده از اینترنت اثر دارد و همچنین به عنوان یک واسط بر نگرش مثبت کاربران نسبت به استفاده از اینترنت برای کسب اطلاعات و مدیریت سلامت تاثیر غیر مستقیم دارد.
نتیجه گیری: علی رغم موثر بودن برداشت ذهنی از سهولت استفاده از اینترنت و برداشت ذهنی از سودمندی اینترنت بر استفاده از اینترنت برای یافتن اطلاعات سلامت، برداشت ذهنی از سودمندی اینترنت در قیاس با برداشت ذهنی از سهولت استفاده از اینترنت، رابطه قوی‌تری دارد. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که باید بر روی سواد اینترنتی و دیجیتال، همچنین سواد سلامت و خودکارآمدی زنان کار شود

Background & Objectives: Now days the Internet has become one of the most important source of information for searching health information. One group of the users who using it for searching health information are women.
Materials & Methods: This research is a descriptive – analytical work. In this study, using Internet for searching health information among women has been investigated by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The data of this study have collected from 200 employed women at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. LISREL software is used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that positive attitude of users towards the Internet leads to using Internet to get health information and management. On the other hand, attitude toward the Internet totally mediates the relationship between perception of the usefulness of the Internet and its use.
Conclusion: Despite effectiveness of the perception of easy use of the Internet and perception of the usefulness of it to find health information, perception of the usefulness of the Internet in compare with the perception of the usefulness of the Internet have stronger relation by using the Internet to get information. So it can be concluded that on the Internet and digital literacy of women as well as e-health of them should be worked.
