چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر مطالعات تعیین اولویت‌های پژوهشی در موضوعات مختلف مورد اقبال پژوهشگران حوزه سلامت واقع شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه تصویری جامع از پژوهش‌های علمی منتشر شده در کشور به منظور سیاستگزاری‌های آتی بوده است.
روش‌ها: اسناد منتشر شده با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مربوط به اولویت‌های پژوهشی در پایگاه‌های معتبر SID و Magiran به زبان فاسی جستجو و پس از در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود به مطالعه و خروج از مطالعه و بدون اعمال محدودیت زمانی مرور شدند.
نتایج: در این مطالعه ۲۱ سند پژوهشی از سال ۱۳۸۱ احصا شدند. این مطالعات بر اساس روند زمانی خلاصه-سازی، تحلیل کیفی، جمع‌بندی و گزارش شدند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به دلیل گستردگی موضوع‌های حوزه سلامت انتشار مستندات بیشتری در این عرصه انتظار می‌رفت. واکاوی پژوهش‌های اجرا شده حاکی از آن است که توجه سیاستگزاران حوزه سلامت به تعیین اولویت‌های پژوهشی، اقدام منسجم و مؤثری در پاسخگویی به نیازها و ابهامات بوده و منجر به طراحی خلاقانه پژوهش‌های کاربردی و تولید دانش در کشور خواهد بود. در این راستا توجه نظام مدیریت تحقیقات کشور، و به تبع آن معاونت تحقیقات و فن‌آوری وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور با مشارکت ذینفعان در تدوین این اولویت‌ها حرکتی در راستای هدایت و حمایت مدون از طرح‌های پژوهشی، پایان‌نامه‌ها و رساله‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی حوزه سلامت خواهد بود.

Narrative review of setting research priorities in health care field of Iran

Abstract
Background: Research priorities in different disciplines are considered by scholars in recent years. The objective of this study is to illustrate a comprehensive image of research priorities papers in health care of Iran to policymaking in the future.
Methods: the review involved relevant keywords searches of electronic databases, including Magiran and Scientific Information Database in Persian. After inclusion and exclusion criteria without time boundary, the extracted documents were analyzed analytically.
Results: twenty-one articles were included in the analysis since 2002. These documents summarized, categorized, reported and analyzed broadly by trend.
Conclusion: Considering to the span disciplines of healthcare, we expected more published articles. The analysis indicates that policymakers could focus on research priorities. In this regrard, an integrated action is needed to response the needs and ambiguities. This leads to creative design of applied research and creation of knowledge. accordingly, the research management of the country, Deputy of Research and Technology in Ministry of Health and Medical Education and Deputy of Research and Technology in medical faculties across the country along with the cooperation of all stakeholders in setting priorities. This is the line with direction and support of thesis, dissertations and research project in health care industry.
