ریسک فاکتورهای مؤثر بر شیوع بیماری کووید19 در بین کارکنان بهداشتی: یک مطالعه مروری
زمینه و هدف: بیماری نوظهور کووید-19 بهعنوان یک بیماری مرتبط با شغل بهویژه برای کادر بهداشت بیان شده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ریسکفاکتورهای مؤثر بر شیوع بیماری کووید-19 در کارکنان بهداشتی، انجام شد.
روشکار: در این پژوهش مروری- روایتی مقالات نمایه شده از دسامبر 2019 تا ژانویه 2021 با کلیدواژههایی چون Covid-19 وCoronavirus ، Healthcare و Risk Factor در پایگاه دادههای الکترونیک Web of Science ،PubMed، Scopus و Google Scholar جستجو شدند. براساس نتایج جستجو 22 مطالعه مرتبط با هدف پژوهش، بررسی گردید.
یافتهها: ریسکفاکتورهای شیوع این بیماری در بین پرسنل بهداشتی را میتوان به پنج گروه، شامل: ریسکفاکتورهای روانشناختی، زمینهای، شغلی، اجتماعی و انتقال بیماری تقسیم کرد. پرسنل بهداشتی بهعنوان یک گروه پرخطر که در مواجهه مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم با بیماران یا مواد عفونی هستند، سهم زیادی در انتقال بیماری دارند. برای مثال، احتمال انتقال از پزشکان به اعضای خانواده 20/8 درصد و به افراد دیگر 25 درصد برآورد شده است. فاصله بهعنوان عاملی مهم در انتقال بیماری مورد توجه است. فواصل کمتر از 20 سانتیمتر در معاینات معمول و کمتر از 5 سانتیمتر در معاینات دقیق پتانسیل انتقال بیماری به چشمپزشکان را فراهم میکند. سن، رعایت نکردن بهداشت دست، بیماریهای زمینهای و خودایمنی، کیفیت پایین خواب، استرس کاری، کمبود وسایل حفاظتی، حجم بالای کار و تماس نزدیک با بیماران، ریسکفاکتورهای انتقال بیماری کووید-19 هستند.
نتیجهگیری: پرسنل بهداشتی میتوانند با رعایت نکات بهداشتی و آموزش آن به بیماران، نقش مهمی در کنترل این بیماری داشته باشند.

بررسی ارتباط راهبردهای مقابلهای و بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در دوران پاندمی کووید 19
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش نگرانی در مورد بیماری همهگیر کووید 19، تعداد فزایندهای از دانشگاهها در سراسر جهان فعالیتهای آموزشی خود را به تعویق انداخته یا لغو کردهاند. اقدامات پیشگیرانه و سختگیرانه ناشی از کووید19 سلامت روان و عملکرد روانی- اجتماعی افراد را به خطر انداخته است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط راهبردهای مقابلهای و بهزیستی روانشناختی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 انجام شد.مواد و روشها:این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1400-1399 روی 126 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار به روش نمونهگیری بهصورت در دسترس و آنلاین اجرا شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و سبکهای مقابلهای بلینگز وموس بود. آنالیز دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار spss (نسخه 24)، آزمونهای توصیفی، تیمستقل، آنالیز واریانس، پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی انجام شد.یافته ها: بین میانگین نمره راهبردهای مقابلهای و بهزیستی روانشناختی، ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05>p ). نتیجه مطالعه نشان داد دانشجویان با سن بالاتر، سال تحصیلی بالاتر و دانشجویان با واحد کارآموزی در مقابله با استرس ناشی از کووید19، بیشتر از سبک مقابلهای مسئلهمدار استفاده میکردند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون حاکی از آن بود که متغیرهای سن، سال و رشته تحصیلی از میان متغیرهای پیشبین دارای قدرت پیشبینی معناداری برای متغیر راهبرد مقابلهای هیجانمدار بودند.نتیجهگیری: به دلیل بحران ناشی از کووید 19 و تأثیر آن بر سلامت روانی پیشنهاد میشود مدیران و برنامهریزان آموزشی، با برگزاری کارگاهها و جلسات مشاوره برای دانشجویان باعث ارتقای راهبردهای مقابلهای مسئلهمدار در دانشجویان شوند.

بررسی تأثیرات سمیت سلولی نانونیوزوم حاوی کافئین بر سلولهای سرطانی سینه انسانی MCF-7
زمینه و هدف: استفاده از ترکیبات نانو بهطور فزاینده در حال رشد است. استفاده از ترکیبات نانو در فرایندهای پزشکی، کاربرد روزافزونی پیدا کرده است. یکی از جنبههای کاربردی فناوری نانو، استفاده از ترکیباتی نظیر هیدروژلها، نانولیپوزومها، نیوزومها و غیره بهعنوان یک سیستم تحویل دارو در درمان بیماری سرطان است .هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر ضدسرطانی نانوذرات نیوزومی حاوی دارو بر رده سلولی سرطانی سینه انسانی MCF-7 است.مواد و روشها: ﺑﺮای ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻧﯿﻮزومهای کافئین از روش آبپوشانی لایه نازک اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﯽ از سورفکتانت، کافئین و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول در اﺗـﺎﻧﻮل ﺣﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ روﺗـﺎری، در ﺑـﺎﻓﺮ فسفات حل گردید و سپس به کمک سونیکـاتور همگنسازی شد. قطر متوسط نیوزومهای کافئین با دستگاه زتاسایزر اندازهگیری شد. اثر سمیت سلولی با روش رنگسنجی 3، 4، 5 دیمتیل تیازول 2- ایل 2، 5 دیفنیل تترازولیوم ارزیابی شد.یافتهها: تیمار سلولهای سرطانی سینه انسانی با غلظتهای مختلف از داروی نانو شده و داروی آزاد نشان داد که نانودارو توانایی مهار تکثیر سلولهای سرطانی را بیشتر از داروی آزاد دارد و غلظت 0/25 میلیگرم بر میلیلیتر از داروی نانونیوزوم تأثیر بیشتری بر کاهش سلولهای سرطانی داشته است.نتیجهگیری: نانوذرات وزیکولی، سیستمهایی پیچیده با امتیازات و عیوب منحصربهفرد هستند که آنها را از سایر سیستمهای کلوئیدی مجزا میکند. ترکیبات وزیکولی بهعنوان اهداف جدید برای داروهای ضدسرطان در حال تولید میباشند.

تأثیر سیلیبینین بر تکثیر سلولی و بیان ژن فاکتور رشد شبهانسولین-1 (IGF-1) در سلولهای فیبروبلاست ختنهگاه انسانی در محیط برونتنی
زمینه و هدف: فیبروبلاستها در تمام دوران زندگی قدرت ترمیم را حفظ میکنند، در تولید عوامل رشد دخالت دارند و در بین سلولهای بافت همبند، ظرفیت تمایز به دیگر اعضا خانواده را دارا میباشند. فاکتور رشد شبهانسولین-1 (IGF-1)[1] در تمایز و رشد ردههای سلولی مختلف، نقش مهمی دارد. سیلی بینین، فعالترین ترکیب دانههای گیاه خار مریم است که تأثیر آن بر سلول سرطانی مطالعه شده است. در این مطالعه تأثیر سیلیبینین بر بقای سلولی و بیان ژن IGF-1 در سلولهای فیبروبلاست ختنهگاه انسانی (HFF) بررسی شد.روش کار: میزان سمیت محلول سیلیبینین در غلظتهای 10، 20، 40 و 60 میکرومولار با آزمون MTT بر سلولهای فیبروبلاست انسانی پس از 24 و 48 ساعت و ارزیابی میزان بیان ژن IGF-1، با آزمون Real time -PCR انجام گردید. یافتهها: نیمار سیلیبینین پس از 24 ساعت در مقایسه با کنترل دارای تأثیرات سمی بر فیبروبلاستها بود. اما پس از 48 ساعت، تفاوت نسبت به کنترل معنادار نبود. پس از 24 ساعت تیمار، در غلظتهای 20 تا60 میکرومولار سیلیبینین، بهطور معناداری بیان ژن IGF-1 سلولهای فیبروبلاست نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش داشت.نتیجهگیری: سیلیبینین احتمالاً بهصورت وابسته به غلظت باعث القای بیان ژن IGF-1 پس از تیمار 24 ساعته در سلولهای فیبروبلاست میشود. در بررسی سمیت سلولی در غلظت 60 میکرومولار بیشترین مرگ سلولی بعد از 24 ساعت مشاهده شد؛ از این رو برای معرفی سیلیبینین بهعنوان محرک تکثیر فیبروبلاستها نیاز به انجام مطالعات گستردهتر میباشد.

تأثیر یک دوره تمرین تناوبی شدید بر مقادیر سرمی TNF-α و بیان ژن FOXO1 هیپوکمپ موشهای صحرایی دیابتی نر نژاد ویستار
زمینه و هدف: افزایش بیان ژن FOXO1 در هیپوکمپ و همچنین عامل التهابی TNF-α در افراد دیابتی باعث بیان ژنهای درگیر در آپوپتوزشده و سبب تخریب عملکرد اجرایی آن میشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 6 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن FOXO1 در هیپوکمپ و میزان سرمی TNF-α موشهای صحرایی دیابتی نر ویستار بود.مواد و روشها: برای این مطالعه، تعداد 48 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار (4 هفتهای) با وزن10±150 گرم در 4 گروه 12 تایی: موشهای دیابتی، دیابت تمرین، کنترل و کنترل تمرین دستهبندی شدند. بهمنظور القای دیابت از روش تزریق صفاقی محلول STZ (50 mg/kg) استفاده گردید. پس از یک هفته آشناسازی با محیط و تمرین، پروتکل تمرین تناوبی شدید شامل 3 روز تمرین در هفته به مدت 6 هفته با شدت 50 تا 110 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی انجام شد. 24 ساعت بعد از اتمام تمرین، آزمون عملکردی گرفته شد و 48 ساعت پس از آزمون عملکردی، حیوانات تشریح شدند. بیان ژن FOXO1 با استفاده از تکنیک Real Time PCR ارزیابی گردید.یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده تمرین تناوبی شدید باعث کاهش معنیدار بیان ژن FOXO1 در گروههای تمرین شد (P≤0/01 ). همچنین پروتئین TNF-α بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت (P≤0/05). افزایش وزن هیپوکمپ همراه با کاهش ژن FOXO1 در گروه دیابت تمرین تناوبی شدید مشاهده شد.نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای پژوهش تمرین تناوبی شدید احتمالاً با کاهش عوامل آپوپتوزیFOXO1 و التهابی TNF-α از کاهش وزن بافت هیپوکمپ که بر اثر دیابت اتفاق میافتد، جلوگیری میکند.

اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر مدل داگاس بر بهبود تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی، اجتناب شناختی و باورهای مثبت در مورد نگرانی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب منتشر
زمینه و هدف: نگرانی یک مؤلفه بنیادین شناختی اختلال اضطراب منتشر (GAD) است. GAD اختلالی مزمن است اما مطالعات اندکی در خصوص متغیرهای سببشناختی این اختلال صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر، در پی بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی داگاس بر تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی، اجتناب شناختی و باورهای مثبت در مورد نگرانی در GAD بود.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی همراه با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد مبتلا به GAD مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش ۳۰ نفر بودند که بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و گروه کنترل (۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. تأیید تشخیص GAD براساس مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته DSM-5(SCID-5-CV) و تشخیص بالینی انجام شد. برای سنجش در پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری از مقیاس نداشتن تحمل بلاتکلیفی، پرسشنامه اجتناب شناختی و پرسشنامه چرا نگرانی استفاده شد. مداخله در قالب ۱۲ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای انجام شد. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر (مختلط) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی داگاس باعث کاهش معنادار نمرات میانگین علائم GAD گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهند که شناختدرمانی داگاس بر تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی، اجتناب شناختی و باورهای مثبت در مورد نگرانی، تأثر مثبتی داشته و موجب کاهش علائم شده است (0/05>P). این درمان میتواند یکی از گزینههای مؤثر در کاهش علائم GAD در کنار سایر مداخلات دارویی باشد.

بررسی تأثیر ضدباکتریایی نانوذرات نقره داپ شده با نانوکریستال آهن بر باکتری استافیلوکوک اپیدرمیدیس جداشده از عفونتهای بیمارستانی
زمینه و هدف: استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیس از پاتوژنهای فرصتطلب است که اخیراً از مهمترین عوامل ایجاد عفونتهای بیمارستانی است. شیوع این دسته از عفونتها در کنار افزایش گونههای مقاوم به آنتیبیوتیک به یک معضل نگرانکننده مبدل شده است. استفاده از نانوذرات برای مقابله با عفونتهای باکتریایی میتواند جایگزین آنتیبیوتیکها باشد. در این تحقیق خواص ضدباکتریایی نانوذرات نقره داپ شده بر نانوکریستال اکسیدآهن بر باکتری استافیلوکوک اپیدرمیدیس جداشده از عفونتهای بیمارستانی بررسی گردید.
مواد و روشها: ابتدا نانوذرات به روش همرسوبی شیمیایی ساخته شدند، سپس برای بررسی خاصیت باکتریکشی، غلظتهای 0، 20، 40، 60،80 و100 ppm تهیه گردید و تأثیر نانوذرات بر باکتریهای ایزوله و استاندارد استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیس در زمانهای 24، 48 و72 ساعت به روش میکروپلیت تیتر مطالعه شد و سپس دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS-18 در سطح خطای 0/01 بررسی گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای زمان، نوع باکتری و غلظت، تأثیر معنیدار بر مهار رشد باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیس دارند که غلظت و نوع باکتری تأثیرات بهمراتب بیشتری از خود نشان دادند. بیشترین تأثیر ضدباکتری نانوذرات نقره داپ شده با نانوکریستال آهن مربوط به غلظت 100ppm در زمانماند 48 ساعت بر باکتری استاندارد بود.
نتیجهگیری: نانوذرات نقره داپ شده با نانوکریستال آهن بر رشد باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیس مؤثرند و باعث کاهش رشد آن میشوند. این اثرگذاری نسبت به تأثیر نانوذرات نقره در حالت منفرد که قبلاً موردبررسی محققان قرار گرفته است بیشتر میباشد و ترکیب نانوذرات فلزی باهم باعث بهبود اثربخشی آنها شد.

مقایسه اضطراب مرتبط با درد، خودکارآمدی درد و راهبردهای مقابلهای در زنان دارای سردرد میگرن و عادی
زمینه و هدف: میگرن در زنان یک مسئله مهم سلامتی بهشمار میرود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اضطراب مرتبط با درد، خودکارآمدی درد و راهبردهای مقابلهای در زنان دارای سردرد میگرن و عادی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش علی مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه زنان مبتلا به سردرد میگرن و کلیه زنان سالم استان کرمانشاه تشکیل میدادند. آزمودنیهای پژوهش 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سردرد میگرنی مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی و مغز و اعصاب استان کرمانشاه بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و 30 فرد سالم بود که به شیوه همتاسازی (براساس سن، سطح تحصیلات وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی) انتخاب و به پرسشنامههای اضطراب مرتبط با درد، خودکارآمدی درد و راهبردهای مقابلهای پاسخ دادند. دادههای جمعآوری شده نیز با استفاده از ابزارهای آمار توصیفی میانگین و انحراف معیار و آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (مانوا) تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که زنان دارای سردرد میگرن در میانگین نمرات شناختی، فرار- اجتناب، ترس، فیزیولوژیکی و مقابله هیجانمدار بالاتر از گروه عادی و در متغیرهای خودکارآمدی، مقابله مسئلهمدار پایینتر از گروه عادی بودند (0/001>P).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به تفاوت زنان دارای سردرد میگرنی در میانگین نمرات شناختی، فرار- اجتناب، ترس و فیزیولوژیکی خودکارآمدی، مقابله مسئلهمدار و مقابله هیجانمدار، بهکارگیری درمان شناختی رفتاری و آموزش راهبردهای مقابلهای و مدیریت استرس در قالب کارگاههای آموزشی بهعنوان درمانهای تکمیلی پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی تأثیر دارچین بر سطح گلوکز خون در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع2
زمینه و هدف: دیابت، یک سندرم متابولیکی است که بهطور فزایندهای درحال جهانی شدن است. امروزه مطالعات زیادی برای تعیین اثرات ضدهایپرگلایسمیک محصولات گیاهی ایمن و ارزان از جمله دارچین متمرکز شده است. این پژوهش به دلیل تناقض در نتایج مطالعات گذشته، با هدف بررسی تأثیر دارچین در دوزهای مختلف بر گلوکز خون ، HbA1C و مقاومت انسولین در افراد دیابتی نوع 2 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسوکور، بر روی 69 بیمار دیابتی مرد و زن، با میانگین گلوکز خون ناشتا 30/44 ± 16/202، درشهر زاهدان انجام شد. آزمودنیهای موردپژوهش به سه گروه (دو گروه مداخله دریافتکننده دارچین با دوزهای 2 و 4 گرم و گروه کنترل) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنیها روزانه 4 کپسول به مدت 12 هفته دریافت میکردند. پس از 8 ساعت ناشتایی، نمونه خون وریدی در شروع مداخله و هفتههای 4، 8 و 12 برای اندازه گیری شاخصهای گلوکز خون ناشتا، مقاومت انسولین و HbA1C گرفته شد. از آزمونهای ANOVA یکطرفه وRepeated Measurement و نرمافزار SPSS برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.
یافتهها: در پایان هفتههای 8 و 12، کاهش آماری معناداری در میانگین گلوکز خون ناشتا، HbA1C و مقاومت انسولینی در گروههای تجربی (دریافتکننده دارچین 2 و 4 گرم در روز) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل دیده شد (0/001 > P). همچنین در پایان هفته 12 نیز در متغیرهای گلوکز و HbA1Cبین دو گروه تجربی دریافتکننده دارچین نیز اختلاف آماری معنادار مشاهده گردید (0/001 > P).
نتیجهگیری: مصرف طولانیمدت دارچین با دوز بالا بهعنوان یک مکمل درمانی کمخطر، برای کنترل قند خون و ارتقای سلامت افراد مبتلا به دیابت، مؤثر میباشد.

مقایسه مدلهای فرامینگهام و گلوبوریسک در ارزیابی خطر حوادث قلبی عروقی در جمعیت ایران
زمینه و هدف: بیماریهای قلبی- عروقی، اصلیترین عامل مرگومیر در سراسر جهان هستند. ارزیابی خطر 10 ساله این بیماری گامی مهم در راستای مدیریت بیماری در آینده میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه مدلهای فرامینگهام و گلوبوریسک در ارزیابی خطر حوادث قلبی عروقی در 10 سال آینده است.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی با استفاده از دادههای پرونده الکترونیک سلامت دانشگاه مشهد با متغیرهای کلسترول کل، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا، فشار خون و دیابت بررسی شد. جامعه آماری افراد با سن 30 سال و بالاتر با حجم نمونه 161828 نفر بود. برای تعیین میزان ارتباط یا وابستگی بین متغیرها از آزمونهای t-test و chi-square استفاده شد و سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: در این بررسی 74/1 درصد افراد زن بودند. طبق مدل گلوبوریسک 67/2 درصد از زنان و 79/9 درصد از مردان در گروه کمخطر قرار داشتند درصورتیکه طبق مدل فرامینگهام این میزان در زنان و مردان بهترتیب 5/48 و 9/54 درصد بود. براساس مدل گلوبوریسک و فرامینگهام بهترتیب 66/2 و 34/1 درصد افراد 70 سال و بالاتر در گروه پرخطر بودند. همچنین هر دو مدل نشان دادند افراد مبتلا به دیابت و افراد سیگاری در معرض خطر بیشتر CVD در 10 سال آینده میباشند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به افزایش بیماریهای قلبی- عروقی لازم است از تواناییهای این مدلها در ارزیابی خطر حوادث قلبی- عروقی در 10 سال آینده استفاده شود و اقداماتی در راستای سلامت عمومی جامعه و پیشگیری از حوادث قلبی عروقی صورت گیرد.

بررسی تأثیرات عصاره گیاه سندانی (Anvillea garcinii) و تمرین ورزشی بر هورمونهای جنسی موشهای صحرایی نر مبتلا به هیپرلیپیدمی
زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیرات عصاره گیاه سندانی و تمرین بر هورمونهای جنسی در موشهای صحرایی نر مبتلا به هیپرلیپیدمی بوده است.مواد و روشها: 35 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار بهصورت تصادفی به پنج گروه هفتتایی شامل گروه کنترل سالم (Con)، کنترل هیپرکلسترولمی (Hc)، دریافتکننده عصاره سندانی با دوز mg/kg100، (Ext)، گروه تمرین (E)، دریافتکننده عصاره و تمرین (E- Ext) تقسیم شدند. تمرین به مدت هشت هفته برای 30 دقیقه و سه جلسه در هفته معادل سرعت 17-14 متر بر دقیقه انجام شد. سپس میزان هورمونهای تستوسترون، هورمون لوتئینی (LH)، هورمون محرک فولیکی (FSH) و پرولاکتین به روش رادیوایمنواسی و کیتهای هورمونی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. از آزمون آماری ANOVA برای تعیین تفاوت بین گروهها استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنیداری بین میزان FSH (p=0/001)، LH (p=0/000)، پرولاکتین (0/000=) و تستوسترون (0/000=) در بین گروهها بود. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد میزان FSH ،LH و تستوسترون بین گروههای E- Ext با Hc(p=0/000) (p=0/001) (p=0/001) ، Ext (p=0/000) (p=0/000)(p=0/008) و E (p=0/000)(p=0/011) (p=0/015) و میزان پرولاکتین در بین گروههای E- Ext با Hc (p=0/015) ، Ext (p=0/046) و E (p=0/012) تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. نتایج نشان داد که FSH، LH و تستوسترون در گروه E- Ext نسبت به گروه Hc ، افزایش و پرولاکتین، کاهش داشت.نتیجهگیری: بهنظر میرسد که مصرف عصاره گیاه سندانی همراه با تمرین میتواند تأثیرات مثبتی روی هورمونهای جنسی در موشهای مبتلا به هیپرکلسترومی داشته باشد.

بهینهسازی شرایط رشد هیبریدهای مولد آنتیبادی مونوکلنال علیه آنتیژن لیشمانیا اینفنتوم
زمینه و هدف: لیشمانیا اینفانتوم، عامل اتیولوژیک لیشمانیوز احشایی در ایران است. واکسنهای مؤثر و روشهای تشخیصی برای کنترل لیشمانیوز لازم است. آنتیبادیهای مونوکلونال ابزاری باارزش برای تشخیص، درمان و تعیین ویژگی آنتیژنی انگلها مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاند. هدف از این مطالعه، بهینهسازی شرایط رشد هیبریدهای مولد آنتیبادی مونوکلنال علیه آنتیژن پروماستیگوت لیشمانیا اینفنتوم است.
مواد و روشها: موشها توسط آنتیژن لیشمانیا اینفنتوم واکسینه شدند و تیتر آنتیبادیهای آنان توسط روش الایزا تعیین شدند. سلولهای طحال موشهایی که بهخوبی توسط آنتیژن لیشمانیا اینفنتوم ایمن شده بودند با سلولهای SP2/0 در حضور پلیاتیلن گلیکول ادغام شدند. تأثیر سوپرناتانت سلولهای SP2/0 و سلولهای ماکروفاژ صفاقی موشها بر تکثیر سلولهای هیبریدوما بررسی شدند.
یافتهها: در میان 12 فیوژن درمجموع 26 مونوکلون مثبت بودند که 12 مونوکلون جذب نوری (OD) قابلقبولی داشتند. 4 کلون بهعنوان D2 FVI6 8، 8D2 FVI3 ، 6G2 FV4 و 6G2 FV3 تعیین شدند. از این هیبریدها، مونوکلونال آنتیبادیها علیه لیشمانیا اینفانتوم بهدست آمد. همچنین این مطالعه نشان داد که مایع رویی (سلولهایSP2/0 و سلولهای ماکروفاژ صفاقی) نقش کلیدی در تکثیر هیبریدوما و تولید آنتیبادیهای مونوکلونال دارد که سرشار از فاکتورهای رشد است.
نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد در آینده نزدیک مایع رویی مذکور میتواند بهعنوان یک فاکتور رشد برای سلولهای سرطانی و غیرسرطانی در مراکز تحقیقاتی در سطح وسیعتری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

رابطه خودپنداره تحصیلی و ساختار کلاس با تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار
زمینه و هدف: تفکر انتقادی، زمینه ایجاد مهارت فهم و ارزیابی دانش جدید را برای فراگیران فراهم میکند که با عوامل گوناگونی از جمله خودپنداره تحصیلی و ساختار کلاس ارتباط پیدا میکند. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه خودپنداره تحصیلی و ساختار کلاس با تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را تمامی دانشجویان رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار به تعداد 250 نفر تشکیل دادند که تعداد 148 نفر براساس فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی نظامدار بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادههای موردنیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد تفکر انتقادی، خودپنداره تحصیلی و ساختار کلاس جمعآوری شد و با روشهای آماری همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون با کمک نرمافزار SPSS20 تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای خودپندارة تحصیلی و تفکر انتقادی رابطة مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد ( p≤0 /001و r=0/519) و این متغیر 25/4 درصد تغییرات تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان را تبیین میکند. همچنین یافتهها حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای ساختار کلاس و تفکر انتقادی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند
(r=0/628 ;p≤0 /001)و توانسته است 22/4 درصد تغییرات تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان را تبیین کند.
نتیجهگیری: خودپنداره تحصیلی و ساختار کلاس، در رشد تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان نقش دارد و این امر میتواند موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان را سبب شود؛ بنابراین، با افزایش سطح خودپنداره تحصیلی و بهبود ساختار کلاس میتوان زمینه رشد تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان را فراهم ساخت.

اثربخشی درمان غیرفعالسازی حالت خانوادهمحور، درمان شناختی- رفتاری و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر تکانشگری هیجانی نوجوانان دختر دارای مشکلات رفتاری از طریق آموزش مادران
زمینه و هدف: تکانشگری هیجانی از مشکلاتی است که میتواند مشکلات رفتاری نوجوانان را با وخامت بیشتری مواجه کند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان غیرفعالسازی حالت خانوادهمحور، درمان شناختی- رفتاری و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر تکانشگری هیجانی نوجوانان دختر دارای مشکلات رفتاری اجرا شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل مادران 120 نوجوان دختر 14 تا 18 سال دارای مشکلات رفتاری در شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 بود. از بین آنها 60 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس بهصورت تصادفی و در سه گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه تکانشگری هیجانی بارت بود. شرکتکنندگان گروههای آزمایش در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای، بهصورت گروهی تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. دادهها از طریق تحلیل واریانس اندازههای تکرار شده و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که در تکانشگری، درمانهای غیرفعالسازی حالت خانوادهمحور، شناختی- رفتاری و پذیرش و تعهد با گروه کنترل، تفاوت معنادار دارند (0/01>p)، ولی بین سه درمان با یکدیگر در کاهش تکانشگری، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/05>p).
نتیجهگیری: در مجموع، یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد درمانهای غیرفعالسازی حالت خانوادهمحور، شناختی- رفتاری و پذیرش و تعهد از زمره درمانهایی هستند که میتوانند تکانشگری نوجوانان دختر دارای مشکلات رفتاری را کاهش دهند.

زمینه و هدف: کانابیس، ماده روانگردانی است که مورد سوءمصرف میلیونها نفر در دنیا قرار میگیرد. با توجه به شیوع ناباروی و مصرف زیاد این ماده در بین جوانان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر عصاره کانابیس بر رشد سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی مشتق از آندومتر موشهای صحرایی بالغ انجام گردید.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تجربی، سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی از آندومتر رحم موشهای صحرایی استخراج گردید و پس از کشت و تأیید مزانشیمی بودن سلولها با روش فلوسایتومتری و براساس بیان مارکرهای CD34 و CD90و بیان نشدن مارکر CD105، در پاساژ سوم کشت سلولی، تأثیر کانابیس در غلظتهای ng/ml 1000 و 100 در طول مدت 1 الی 8 روز بر میزان رشد این سلولها محاسبه گردید و نتایج با استفاده از آزمونهای ANOVA و توکی آنالیز شدند.یافتهها: سلولهای جدا شده از آندومتر، 24 ساعت پس از انتقال، کاملاً به کف فلاسک کشت سلولی چسبیدند. مزانشیمی بودن این سلولها با بیان مارکرهای سطحی CD90، CD105 و بیان نشدن مارکر CD34 تأیید گردید. نتایج شمارش سلولی نیز حاکی از رشد سلولهای تیمار شده با کانابیس تا روز سوم تیمار مشابه با گروه کنترل بود و از روز چهارم درگروه تیمار با دوز ng/ml100کانابیس افزایش معناداری در سطح 0/05>p و در گروه تیمار با دوز ng/ml1000 در روز سوم نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معنادار و از روز چهارم افزایش معناداری در سطح 0/01>p مشاهده گردید.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد سلولهای جدا شده از آندومتر، از نوع بنیادی مزانشیمی بودند و عصاره کانابیس احتمالاً از طریق گیرندههای کانابینوئیدی باعث تحریک رشد این سلولها میگردد.
