مقایسه سیستم های مغزی رفتاری در افراد مبتلا به اضطراب، افراد مبتلا به افسردگی و افراد سالم
زمینه و هدف سطح فعالیت سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری با طیف وسیعی از اختلالهای هیجانی، از جمله اضطراب و افسردگی مرتبط است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری در افراد مبتلا به اضطراب، افراد مبتلا به افسردگی و افراد سالم بود.
مواد و روشها این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مقطعی بود. 45 فرد مبتلا به اضطراب (نمره متوسط به بالا در پرسشنامه اضطراب و نمره کم در پرسشنامه افسردگی بک) و 45 فرد مبتلا به افسردگی (نمره متوسط به بالا در پرسشنامه افسردگی و نمره کم در پرسشنامه اضطراب بک) که به مراکز خصوصی و دولتی سلامت شهر جیرفت مراجعه کرده بودند از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با 45 فرد سالم (نمره پایین در پرسشنامههای اضطراب و افسردگی بک) براساس متغیرهای سن و جنسیت همتا شدند. بعد از جلب رضایت آگاهانه، شرکتکنندگان به پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک، اضطراب بک و پنج عاملی جکسون، پاسخ دادند و براساس نمره پرسشنامهها، در گروههای مورد نظر قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار spss21 از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه، تحلیل شد.
یافتهها تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که بین گروهها در سیستمهای بازداری رفتاری، جنگ، گریز و وقفه، تفاوتهای معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تفاوت گروهها در سیستم فعالساز رفتاری، معنادار نبود.
نتیجهگیری با توجه به متفاوت بودن عملکرد سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری افراد مبتلا به اضطراب و افراد مبتلا به افسردگی با افراد سالم، شاید این تئوری به توضیح سببشناسی اضطراب و افسردگی کمک کند.

بررسی میزان مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضد التهاب غیر استروئیدی در دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهر خلخال
زمینه و هدف: داروهای ضدالتهاب غیر استروئیدی یک گروه خوددرمانی گسترده بین اقشار مختلف جوامع از جمله دانشجویان می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین میزان مصرف خودسرانه داروهای ضد التهاب غیر استروئیدی در دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهر خلخال در سال 1396 بود.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری مرحله ای تصادفی شده بر روی 400 دانشجوی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی، آزاد و پیام نور شهر خلخال صورت گرفت. داده ها توسط فرم اطلاعات فردی و پرسشنامه مصرف خودسرانه دارو جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (کای اسکوئر) و در سطح معنی داری P

بررسی آگاهی،نگرش و عملکرد کشاورزان شهرستان جوین در خصوص استفاده از آفت کشها
زمینه و هدف مصرف سموم شیمیایی روی محصولات کشاورزی در ایران در سالهای اخیر رایج شده است که میتواند بر کیفیت نهایی مواد غذایی، تأثیر منفی داشته باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کشاورزان شهرستان جوین و درباره جنبههای بهداشت محیطی استفاده از آفتکشها در سال 1396 میباشد.
مواد و روشها این مطالعه از نوع بررسی توصیفی- مقطعی است و جامعه مورد مطالعه، کشاورزان شهرستان جوین استان خراسان رضوی هستند. حجم نمونه انتخاب شده 100 نفر از کشاورزان شهرستان جوین است که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدهاند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه استانداردآگاهی و نگرش میباشد و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با آمار توصیفی و آنالیز پیرسون و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شده است.
یافتهها میانگین نمره شرکتکنندگان در مطالعه برای آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کشاورزان در رابطه با موارد بهداشتی و رعایت اصول ایمنی در حین سمپاشیاند 43/12 به دست آمد که قابلقبول میباشد اما میانگین نمرات برای میزان عملکرد نمره قابلقبولی نمیباشد (46/5). همچنین آنالیز پیرسون دادهها نشان داد که بین آگاهی و نگرش کشاورزان، رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد p-Value>0.05)).
نتیجهگیری عملکرد کشاورزان مورد مطالعه در خصوص استفاده از سموم و اثرات آنها مناسب و قابلقبول نمیباشد که این امر، ضرورت آموزش علمی و عملی کشاورزان را آشکار میسازد تا با اجرایی شدن این آموزشها شاهد کاهش مقدار سم مصرفی و در نتیجه، کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست توسط کشاورزان باشیم.

کرونا ویروس جدید(covid-19) در بارداری و زایمان: مطالعه مروری
زمینه عفونتهای نوظهور، تأثیر بسیاری بر سلامتی مادران باردار و جنین آنها دارد. با توجه به اهمیت ابتلا به این ویروس در دوره بارداری و با توجه به نوظهور بودن این ویروس و محدود بودن مطالعات در زمینه پیامدهای ابتلا به این بیماری در دوره بارداری، این مطالعه مروری با هدف جمعبندی مطالعات گزارش شده در زمینه ابتلا به covid-19 در بارداری و زایمان انجام شده است.
روش کار در این مطالعه مروری، از تمامی مطالعات انجام شده به زبان انگلیسی در زمینه covd-19 در بارداری و زایمان از سال 2019 تا مارس 2020، در پایگاههای اطلاعاتیScopus ، Google Scholar, Pubmed ، Science Direct، Cochrane و از کلیدواژههای covid-19, sars-cov-2 ,coronavirus-2019, 2019-ncov, pregnancy, deliveryا استفاده شده است.
یافتهها در این مطالعات، در مجموع به بررسی 103 مادر باردار مبتلا به covid-19 و پیامد مادری و نوزادی آنها و میزان ابتلای نوزادان مادران مبتلا به covid-19 پرداختهاند. اکثر مطالعات گزارش شده در شهرهای مختلف کشور چین بوده است. در مقالات بررسی شده، مادران باردار مبتلا، بررسی شدند.
نتیجهگیری بر اساس یافتههای گزارش شده، تا کنون انتقال عمودی مادر به جنین گزارش نشده است و پیامد مادری و نوزادی در تمامی مطالعات خوب گزارش شده، تمامی نمونههای مایع آمنیوتیک، جفت، شیر مادران و نمونه ترشحات واژینال بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده از نظر COVID-19 منفی بودند و هیچ مورد از مرگ مادر (تا زمان انجام این مطالعه) گزارش نشده است. در حال حاضر، با توجه به نبود درمان و واکسن مؤثر، بهترین راه مقابله با این بیماری، اجتناب از آلودگی و جلوگیری از انتشار آن از طریق اقدامات محافظتی و بهداشت شخصی میباشد.

مقایسة تأثیر شدتهای متفاوت انقباض درونگرا و برونگرا بر الگوی فعالیت عضلات سینرژیک چهارسر ران
زمینه و هدف تقویت انتخابی عضلات سینرژیک چهارسر ران، اهمیت بسزایی در بهبود عملکرد این عضله و بهویژه در پیشگیری از سندرم کشککی رانی دارد. بنابراین هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی الگوی فعالیت عضلات پهن داخلی و پهن خارجی در پاسخ به شیوه انقباضی درونگرا با شدت زیربیشینه و انقباض برونگرا با شدت فوقبیشینه بود.
مواد و روشها 12 دانشجوی پسر 2±21سال، قد 12±173 سانتی متر و وزن 8±71 کیلوگرم، بصورت تصادفی در دانشگاه بجنورد انتخاب شدند. فعالیت عضلات چهار سر ران در حین انقباض با شدت های مختلف، با استفاده از دستگاه الکترومیوگرافی ثبت گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی توکی در سطح معنی داری05/0 p<انجام گردید.
یافتهها میزان فعالیت الکترومیوگرافی عضلات با افزایش بار کار در انقباض برونگرا، به طور معنیداری نسبت به انقباض درونگرا افزایش مییابد که احتمالاً بیانگر این موضوع میتواند باشد که تمرینات مقاومتی فزاینده با استفاده از انقباض فوقبیشینه برونگرا مؤثرتر از انقباض زیربیشینه درونگرا برای ایجاد پاسخهای عصبی عضلانی هستند.
نتیجهگیری یک اثر متقابل معنیدار بین نوع عضله و شدت انقباض برای فعالیت الکترومیوگرافی عضلات وجود دارد؛ به طوری که در شدت زیربیشینه، میزان فعالیت الکترومیوگرافی پهن داخلی نسبت به پهن خارجی به طور معنیداری بیشتر بود ولی در شدت فوق بیشینه، چنین تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد که میتواند بیانگر امکان تقویت انتخابی عضله پهن داخلی در شدت زیربیشینه باشد که برای پیشگیری از سندرم کشککی رانی، از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است.

بررسی ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی و سالمندی موفق در جامعه سالمندان
زمینه و هدف با توجه به افزایش جمعیت سالمندان در کشورهای در حال توسعه از جمله ایران و نقش سرمایه اجتماعی و سالمندی موفق در زندگی سالمندان، این پژوهش با هدف ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی و سالمندی موفق در جامعه سالمندان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی بود که برای این منظور، تعداد 402 سالمند، به صورت تصادفی از 6 مرکز بهداشت از سطح شهر سبزوار، 2 سرای سالمند و 3 کانون بازنشستگان( علوم پزشکی، آموزش و پرورش، تأمین اجتماعی) در سال 98-1397 به عنوان جامعه پژوهش با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای، انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامههای اطلاعات دموگرافیک سالمند، سرمایه اجتماعی اونیکس و بولن، سالمندی موفق و وضعیتشناختی سالمند (AMT) استفاده شد. اطلاعات بهدست آمده، با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-22 و بهکارگیری آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون کانونی و رگرسیون چندمتغیره دادهها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی واحدهای پژوهش 8 ± 8/68 سال بود. نمره سرمایه اجتماعی با نمره سالمندی موفق، همبستگی داشت که میزان این ارتباط، مثبت و متوسط بود (662/0 = r ). نزدیک به 30 درصد از تغییرات در نمرات سالمندی موفق، به عنوان متغیر وابسته تحت تأثیر متغیرهای سرمایه اجتماعی و شرایط تأهل، زندگی با بستگان، اشتغال و سطح تحصیلات قرار داشت (29/0 = ).
نتیجهگیری نتایج این مطالعه، مبنی بر تأیید توان پیشگویی و تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر شاخص سالمندی موفق سالمندان در جامعه، تأملبرانگیز است. سرمایه اجتماعی، بهعنوان متغیر مستقل، سالمندی موفق را بهعنوان متغیری وابسته، تحت تأثیر قابلتوجهی قرار میدهد؛ به عبارت دیگر، سرمایه اجتماعی از توان پیشگویی سالمندی موفق نیز برخوردار است. این ارتباط در برخی از ابعاد؛ شامل سلامت جسمی، سلامت روانی، عملکرد جسمی و وضعیتشناختی قابل توجهتر بود؛ از این رو این یافتهها میتواند راهنمای خوبی برای تمرکز پژوهشهای بعدی و در نهایت، مداخلات مسئولین و متخصصان امر، برای نیل به اهداف سالمندی موفق باشد.

سنتز سبز نانوذرات نقره با استفاده از عصاره گیاه زرشک (Berberis vulgaris) و اثر آنها بر تکثیر سلولی و بیان ژن ODC1 در رده سلولی سرطان پستان MDA-MB-231
زمینه و هدف سنتز سبز با استفاده از عصارههای گیاهی، روشی ساده و کمهزینه، به منظور تولید نانو ذرات نقره به شمار میرود. همچنین، یافتن تأثیرات درمانی جدید برای نانوذرات نقره، از زمینههای جذاب در تحقیقات سرطان محسوب میشود. در مطالعه حاضر، سنتز نانوذرات نقره با استفاده از عصاره آبی برگ گیاه زرشک انجام شد. همچنین تأثیر نانوذرات سنتز شده بر درصد زندهمانی و میزان بیان ژن اورنیتین دکربوکسیلاز (ODC1) در رده سلول سرطانی پستان انسان(MDA-MB-231) مطالعه شد.
مواد و روشها آنالیز نانوذرات سنتز شده توسط طیفسنجی ماوراء بنفش و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری انجام شد. سلولهای سرطانی، پس از کشت، تحت تیمار غلظتهای مختلف نانوذرات سنتز شده قرار گرفتند. درصد زندهمانی سلولها از طریق سنجش MTT و آنالیز کمی بیان ژن ODC1 با استفاده از تکنیک Real Time – PCR انجام پذیرفت.
یافتهها تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشان داد که نانوذرات کروی نقره با میانگین اندازههای 16 نانومتر سنتز شده است. سمیت سلولی نانوذرات نقره سنتزی با افزایش غلظت و زمان، بیشتر شد. میانگین IC50 محاسبه شده، برابر 48/16 میکروگرم در میلیلیتر است. به علاوه، نانوذرات، میزان بیان ژن ODC1 را حدود 4 برابر در غلظت 20 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر در مقایسه با نمونه کنترل، کاهش دادند.
نتیجهگیری به نظر میرسد نانوذرات نقره سنتز شده به روش سبز، با رهاسازی تدریجی یونهای نقره در محیط اسیدی سلولهای سرطانی و ایجاد رادیکالهای اکسیژن و همچنین کاهش بیان ژن ODC1 سبب کاهش درصد زندهمانی سلولهای سرطانی شدهاند.

وضعیت نیمرخ حافظه (فعال، دیداری و شنیداری) در افراد مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوی سیستمیک و افراد سالم
زمینه و هدف لوپوس اریتماتوی سیستمیک، یک بیماری خودایمن مزمن با علتشناسی ناشناخته میباشد. این بیماری، ارگانهای متعددی؛ از جمله سیستم اعصاب مرکزی را درگیر میکند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی وضعیت نیمرخ حافظه (فعال، دیداری و شنیداری) در افراد مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوی سیستمیک و افراد سالم بود.
مواد و روشها بدین منظور 30 بیمار مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوی سیستمیک و 30 فرد سالم به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. این افراد با استفاده از آزمون توالی حروف- ارقام، آزمون یادگیری کلامی- شنیداری ری (RAVLT) و آزمون حافظه دیداری (زیرمقیاس حافظه وکسلر III) ارزیابی شدند. دادههای حاصل، با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس یکمتغیره، چندمتغیره و آزمون یو- مان ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نمرات حافظه فعال در بین دو گروه، معنادار بود (005/0>p). بین دو گروه در حافظه دیداری فوری و حافظه شنیداری فوری، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. در حافظه دیداری تأخیری (یادآوری و بازشناسی) (02/0p<) و حافظه شنیداری تأخیری (یادآوری و بازشناسی) (04/0p<) تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری حافظه بیماران مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوی سیستمیک به ویژه در ابعاد حافظه فعال، دیداری و شنیداری تحت تأثیر آسیبهای نورولوژیک مرتبط با این بیماری قرار میگیردکه نیاز به ارزیابیهای نوروپسیکولوژیک زودهنگام و برنامههای توانبخشی مرتبط را جدیتر میکند.

بررسی مقایسهای ارزش تشخیصی آزمون شناختی مونترال و آزمون بررسی وضعیت ذهنی کوتاه در ارزیابی و غربالگری آسیبهای شناختی مبتلایان به سندرم متابولیک
زمینه و هدف سندرم متابولیک، یک عامل خطر برای زوال عقل و درجات مختلف اختلال شناختی شناخته میشود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی مقایسهای ارزش تشخیصی آزمون شناختی مونترال وآزمون بررسی وضعیت ذهنی کوتاه شده در ارزیابی و غربالگری آسیبهای شناختی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک میباشد.
مواد و روشها مطالعه حاضر، به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی بر روی 107 بیمار مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک انجام گرفت. آسیب شناختی توسط آزمون شناختی مونترال (MoCA) و آزمون بررسی وضعیت ذهنی کوتاه (MMSE) بررسی شد.
یافتهها میانگین نمره آزمونهای MMSE و MoCa به ترتیب، 66/2±28/23 و 93/2±06/22 بود. 84 بیمار (%5/78) تست MoCA مختل (اختلال شناختی) داشتند. براساس تست MMSE، 66 بیمار (%68/61) مبتلا به اختلال شناختی بودند. حساسیت (Sensitivity) و ویژگی (Specificity) تست MMSE به ترتیب 81/73 درصد و 61/82 درصد بود. تست تشخیصی MMSE با سن (000/0=p، 459/0- =CC (ضریب همبستگی))، BMI (000/0=p،338/0- CC=)، FBS (000/0=p، 51/0-CC=)، سطح تریگلیسرید (TG) (000/0=p، 56/0- =CC) و HDL (000/0=p، 54/0-CC=) همبستگی معنادار داشت.
نتیجهگیری ابتلا به درجات مختلف اختلال شناختی در بیماران با سندرم متابولیک قابل توجه است و به نظر میرسد که مارکرهای سندرم متابولیک مانند قند خون ناشتا، سطح تریگلیسرید و HDL و LDL با اختلال شناختی در این بیماران مرتبط است. تست تشخیصی شناختی MMSE، ارزیابی اختلال شناختی در بیماران با سندرم متابولیک دارای حساسیت و اختصاصیت مطلوب است. با این حال، به علت کمبود مطالعات در این زمینه، انجام مطالعات بیشتر در آینده در راستای حصول نتیجهگیری جامعتر، توصیه میگردد.

مقایسة اضطراب امتحان و عوامل اضطرابآور مرتبط با استاد: یک مطالعه کیفی
زمینه و هدف موقعیتهای اضطرابی، یادگیری دانش را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. علت بسیاری از مشکلات جسمی و روانی میتواند اضطراب باشد. مطالعه کیفی در مورد عوامل اضطرابآور مرتبط با استاد انجام نشده است؛ لذا هدف از این مطالعه، تبیین تجارب دانشجویان در مورد اضطراب امتحان و عوامل اضطرابآور مرتبط با استاد می باشد.
مواد و روشها پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه تحلیل محتوای کیفی بود که روی 25 نفر از دانشجویان محصل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار که تجربه حداقل دو ترم تحصیل را داشتند و در امتحان پایان ترم شرکت کرده بودند در سال 1395انجام شد. روش نمونهگیری مبتنی بر هدف بود. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبه فردی به صورت نیمهساختاریافته و با حضور در عرصه جمعآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش آنالیز محتوا به روش متعارف انجام گردید.
یافتهها 5 طبقه اصلی و 14 زیرطبقه حاصل شد که طبقات اصلی شامل عواقب و عوارض اضطراب امتحان، نحوه تدریس و ارزشیابی استاد، نحوه تعامل با استاد و دانشجویان دیگر، خودمدیریتی در یادگیری و کنترل اضطراب، نقش حمایتی استاد در جلسه امتحان از دادهها استخراج شد.
نتیجهگیری روشهایی مانند تنآرامی و توسل، شناخت بیشتر استادان، استفاده استادان جوان از تجربه استادان باتجربه، روشهای نوین آموزشی، مشخص کردن منابع کافی و طراحی سوال از همان منابع، حضور در جلسه امتحان از اول تا آخر ساعت امتحانی، پخش نمره کلاسی در طول ترم از جمله عواملی است که میتواند باعث کاهش اضطراب امتحان گردد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر ActRIIB میوکارد بطن چپ و سطوح پلاسمایی GDF11 و GDF8 در موشهای صحرایی نر پیر
زمینه و هدف تمرینات ورزشی با تغییر غلظت فاکتورهای رشدی و گیرندههای آن، ممکن است تأثیرات مفیدی بر عضله قلبی داشته باشند و بروز نارسایی قلبی را کاهش دهند. از این رو هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر ActRIIB میوکارد بطن چپ و سطوح پلاسمایی GDF11 و GDF8 در موشهای صحرایی نر پیر بود.
مواد و روشها تعداد 14 سر موش صحرایی نر پیر با محدوده سنی24 تا 27 ماه پس از طی دوره آشناسازی، به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (هفت سر) و تمرین (هفت سر) تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی، شامل هشت هفته و هفتهای پنج جلسه صعود از یک نردبان یک متری بود. GDF11 و GDF8 سرم به روش الایزا و ActRIIB بافت بطن چپ به روش IHC اندازهگیری شد. دادههای به دست آمده از آزمون tمستقل، در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها مقایسه بین گروهی، اختلاف معناداری، در بین گروههای تمرین و کنترل در متغیرهای GDF11 (001/0≥p)، GDF8/GDF11 (001/0≥p)، GDF8 (027/0≥p) و وزن قلب (031/0≥p) نشان داد اما اختلاف معناداری در ActRIIβ میوکارد مشاهده نشد (05/0<p).
نتیجهگیری به نظر میرسد تمرینات مقاومتی با اثرات مطلوب بر عوامل رشدی در هایپرتروفی فیزیولوژیک قلبی سالمندان مؤثر است. از این رو از این تمرینات میتوان در راستای کاهش بروز نارسایی قلبی بهره برد. با این حال، باید مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه انجام شود.

مقایسه اثرات ضد تشنجی تجویز کاربامازپین (CBZ) و تحریک الکتریکی یک طرفه با فرکانس پائین (LFS) در طی کیندلینگ ناحیه CA1 هیپوکامپ پشتی، در موشهای صحرائی نر بالغ
زمینه و هدف صرع، نوعی بیماری مزمن و چندعاملی همراه با تشنجهای ناگهانی تکراری است. کاربامازپین، معمولترین دارو برای درمان صرع میباشد. امروزه، استفاده از LFS نیز، به عنوان درمان جایگزین، در بیماران مقاوم به دارو مورد توجه میباشد؛ لذا در این کار تحقیقاتی، به مقایسه اثر LFS و کاربامازپین، طی صرعزایی هیپوکامپ پشتی با روش کیندلینگ الکتریکی، بر شاخصهای تشنجی در موش صحرایی نر بالغ پرداخته می شود.
مواد و روشها در این مطالعه، تعداد پنجاه سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ، به طور تصادفی، به پنج گروه تقسیم شدند: کیندل (KND)، KLFS، MCK، CBZ20K و CBZ40K. گروه کیندل، تحریک روزانه کیندلینگ را به روش سریع، در ناحیه CA1 هیپوکامپ پشتی دریافت میکردند. در سایر گروهها نیز تحریکات روزانه کیندلینگ، مشابه گروه کیندل اعمال میشد. در گروه کیندل+LFS (KLFS )، بلافاصله پس از پایان تحریکات کیندلینگ، تحریکات LFS اجرا میشد. در گروه متیلسلولز+کیندلینگ (MCK)، قبل از دریافت تحریکات کیندلینگ، مقدار 2/0 میلیلیتر محلول 5/. درصد متیلسلولز به صورت درون صفاقی دریافت میشد. گروههای دارو+کیندلینگ (CBZ20K و CBZ40K) قبل از دریافت تحریکات کیندلینگ، به ترتیب مقادیر mg/kg 20 یا mg/kg 40 داروی کاربامازپین، به صورت درون صفاقی، دریافت میکردند.
یافتهها نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه نشان میدهند که استفاده از LFS یا کاربامازپین، باعث کاهش معنیدار میانگین شدت تشنج، مدتزمان کل تشنج و مدتزمان امواج تخلیه متعاقب در گروههای KLFS و CBZ40K نسبت به گروه KND میشود (p < 0.05). نکته حائز اهمیت این است که مقدار مؤثر CBZ نسبت به LFS اثر کاهشی بیشتری بر شاخصهای تشنجی دارد.
نتیجهگیری با توجه به نتایج حاصل بهدست آمده، به نظر میرسد مقدار مؤثر CBZ نسبت به اعمال LFS به دنبال کیندلینگ هیپوکامپ، در کاهش شاخصهای تشنجی، مؤثرتر است.

مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی و درمان شناختی رفتاری در ارتقاء رضایت زناشویی و شادکامی زوجین دارای اختلالات میل جنسی
زمینه و هدف ارتباط مؤثر و کارآمد میان زوجین، مهمترین جنبه خانوادههای دارای عملکرد مطلوب میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی و درمانشناختی رفتاری در ارتقای رضایت زناشویی و شادکامی زوجین دارای اختلالات میل جنسی بود.
مواد و روشها پژوهش با روش نیمهتجربی با طرح تحقیق پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل، در 6 ماهه اول سال 1396 انجام شد. از مراجعین مراکز درمانی باروری شهر تهران 60 نفر از زوجینی که مطابق با ملاکهایDSM -V حداقل یکی از آنها دارای اختلال میل جنسی بودند به طور هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی و درمان شناختی رفتاری و کنترل، جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامههای شادکامی آکسفورد و رضایت زناشویی انریچ بودند. برای تحلیل دادهها، از روش تحلیل کواریانس و تصحیح بن فرنی استفاده شد.
یافتهها نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی و درمانشناختی رفتاری به طور معناداری موجب افزایش شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی زوجین شد (05/0>P) و بین اثربخشی دو روش در افزایش شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی، تفاوتی وجود نداشت.
نتیجهگیری با استفاده از آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی و درمانشناختی رفتاری میتوان موجبات افزایش شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی را در زوجین فراهم آورد. مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و مشاوره میتوانند با تشکیل کارگاههای هفتگی آموزشی در زمینه افزایش آگاهی جنسی خانوادهها، موجبات سلامت روانی جامعه را فراهم آورند.

بررسی ریسک فاکتورهای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی به روش ارزیابی سریع مواجهه و اثر مداخله ارگونومی بر کاهش اختلالات در کارگران صنعت کلید و پریز
زمینه و هدف بروز ناراحتیهای اسکلتی عضلانی، یکی از اثرات عدمتناسب بین تکنولوژی و فرد است که باعث بروز ناتوانیهای شغلی، از دست رفتن زمان کار و افزایش هزینهها خواهد شد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ریسک فاکتورهای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در کارگران کارخانه کلید و پریز و تأثیر مداخلات بر کاهش سطح این اختلالات انجام شد.
مواد و روشها این مطالعه مداخلهای، بین 75 نفر از کارگران زن کارخانه کلید و پریز با سابقه کاری بیش از یک سال در سال 96 انجام شد. پس از بررسی مستندات پزشکی و تکمیل پرسشنامه ارزیابی سریع مواجهه و نوردیک قبل و بعد از مداخلات ارگونومیک به صورت آموزش و انجام حرکات اصلاحی صورت گرفت. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 20 و آزمون کای دو، رگرسیون، تی مستقل و من ویتنی، ارزیابی شد.
یافتهها بیشترین اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی گزارش شده در نواحی شانه، مچ دست، بخش تحتانی کمر، قسمت فوقانی کمر با درصد فراوانی 68، 61، 58 و 51 بود که با توجه به مداخلات ارگونومیک انجام شده این میزان کاهش برای هر ناحیه به ترتیب 60، 46، 49 و 46 درصد شد که کاهش نسبتاً خوبی در میزان ناراحتیها بود.
نتیجهگیری اقدامات مداخلهای صورت گرفته در این صنعت، مؤثر بودن این روشها را برای کاهش اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی نشان داد و میتوان به این نتیجه رسید که مداخلات آموزشی و چرخشی کردن فعالیتها به صورت توأم تا حدودی در کاهش اختلالات مؤثر بوده است.
