بررسی آفلاتوکسین M1 در نمونه شیر خام گاو و رابطه آن با آفلاتوکسین B1 (مطالعه موردی: شهر اسلامشهر)
چکیده : زمینه آفلاتوکسین M1از متابولیزه شدن آفلاتوکسین B1 در کبد دام تولید و به داخل شیر وارد میشود. لذا برای سلامت عمومی جامعه، یک تهدید محسوب میگردند. این تحقیق، با هدف بررسی آفلاتوکسین M1 در نمونه شیر خام گاو و آفلاتوکسین B1 در خوراک دام در شهر اسلامشهر، صورت گرفته است. روش کار در فصول زمستان 1397، بهار و تابستان 1398 و در هر فصل ۴۰ نمونه شیر خام گاو از پنج مرکز دامداری جمعآوری شد. مقدار 100 ﮔـﺮم از ﻫﺮﻳﻚ از ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﺧﻮراک دامﻫﺎ از ﻣﻜﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ اﻧﺒــﺎر، ﺑﺮداﺷــﺖ و ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. با روش الایزا، میزان افلاتوکسین سنجش گردید. آنالیز دادهها در سطح معنیدار 1/0 p˂با کمک روش آماریANOVA صورت گرفت. یافتهها در این مطالعه، در فصل تابستان، 25 درصد نمونهها دارای آفلاتوکسین M1 بالاتر از حد مجاز قابل قبول کمیته اروپایی کدکس (50 نانوگرم در لیتر) بودهاند. در فصل زمستان 5/7 درصد نمونهها و در فصل بهار 5/12 درصد از نمونهها بالاتر از استاندارد مذکور آلوده بوده است. آلودگی انواع خوراک دام به آفلاتوکسین B1، به طور کلی، در فصل تابستان2/58 درصد، در فصل زمستان 8/38 درصد و در فصل بهار 8/15 درصد بوده است. نتیجهگیری براساس نتایج این تحقیق، ارتباط معنیداری بین آفلاتوکسین B1 در جیره دام و آفلاتوکسین M1 در شیر خام گاو وجود دارد (P<0.1). بنابراین برای جلوگیری از ورود آفلاتوکسین 1 Mاز طریق شیر به زنجیره غذایی انسان، باید از ورود آفلاتوکسین Bبه خوراک دام جلوگیری کرد.

فراوانی کم شنوایی و عوامل مرتبط آن در بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک شنوایی شناسی بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد
زمینه و هدف: کم شنوایی یک عارضه ناتوان کننده است که حتی مقادیر خفیف آن می تواند باعث اختلال در پردازش گفتار و در نتیجه محدودیت ارتباطات و تعاملات اجتماعی شود. میزان فراوانی کم شنوایی و همچنین دلایل ایجاد آن در سنین مختلف متفاوت است لذا این مطالعه به منظور تعیین فراوانی کم شنوایی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک شنوایی شناسی بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد در پاییز و زمستان 1396 انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی 493 نفر از افراد مراجعه کننده به کلنیک شنوایی شناسی بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد انجام گردید. علت مراجعه، سوابق خانوادگی و ابتلا به بیماری های مرتبط توسط پرسشنامه به دست آمد و سپس با نتایج آزمون های ادیومتری و تمپانومتری افراد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته های مطالعه با آمار توصیفی و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به دست آمد.یافته ها: افراد مراجعه کننده دارای میانگین سنی 96/18 ± 2/41 سال بودند و 342 نفر 4/69% از آنها مبتلا به کم شنوایی بودند که متشکل از %8/79 از مردان و %6/62 از زنان بود. کم شنوایی حسی عصبی شایع ترین نوع کم شنوایی ( % 2/35 از کل مراجعین) بود. عفونت گوش میانی شایع ترین علت مراجعه در بین مبتلایان به کم شنوایی بود ( % 7/10). همچنین بین افزایش سن و میزان کم شنوایی ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، کم شنوایی در بین مراجعه کنندگان به کلنیک شنوایی شناسی فراوانی بالایی دارد با توجه به اینکه برخی از علل کم شنوایی از قبیل عفونت ها، مواجهه با نویز و داروهای اتوتوکسیک تا حدود زیادی قابل کنترل می باشند، لذا مراقبت های بهداشتی پیشگیرانه و درمان های مناسب و به موقع می تواند در کاهش ابتلا به کم شنوایی کمک کننده باشد.

اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد ارتقای بهبودی ذهنآگاه محور به شیوة گروهی بر واکنشپذیری شناختی نسبت به خلق غمگین و اضطراب مرتبط با درد در بیماران دارای درد مزمن
چکیده:زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد ارتقای بهبودی ذهنآگاه محور به شیوةگروهی بر کاهش واکنشپذیری شناختی نسبت به خلق غمگین و اضطراب مرتبط با درد در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن انجام گرفت.روش کار: این پژوهش بهصورت نیمهآزمایشی با پیشآزمون_پسآزمون با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعهآماری مورد مطالعه شامل همة بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی (بیمارستانهای دارای درمانگاههای تخصصی طب فیزیکی، و ارتوپدی) شهر اهواز در تابستان 1397 است. 30 فرد مبتلا به درد مزمن از طریق فراخوان و به شیوه داوطلبانه بر اساس تشخیص پزشک متخصص انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه آزمایش (15نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) بهصورت تصادفی گمارش شدند. از هر دو گروه پیشآزمون گرفته شد. اعضای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 120 دقیقهای تحت آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد ارتقای بهبودی ذهنآگاه محور قرار گرفتند واعضای گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل شاخص تجدیدنظر شده حساسیت در برابر افسردگی لیدن_تجدیدنظر شده(LEIDS_R) و مقیاس نشانگان اضطراب مرتبط با درد(PASS) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (با نرم افزار SPSS 21) استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری با سطح معناداری (0001/0≥P) نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در مرحلة پسآزمون وجود دارد که نشاندهندة اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر ارتقای بهبودی ذهنآگاه محور بر واکنشپذیری شناختی نسبت به خلق غمگین و اضطراب مرتبط با درد در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن است. نتیجه گیری: از این مطالعه میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر ارتقای بهبودی ذهنآگاه محور میتواند رویکردی مناسب برای کاهش واکنشپذیری شناختی نسبت به خلق غمگین و اضطراب مرتبط با درد در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن باشد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و استقامتی فزاینده بر سطوح آیریزین بافت کبد و عضله دوقلو در موشهای صحرایی نر
زمینه وهدف: آیریزین که توسط عضله اسکلتی در پاسخ به فعالیت ورزشی تولید میشود، اخیراً بهعنوان هدف درمانی برای بیماریهای متابولیک گزارش شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و استقامتی بر سطوح آیریزین بافت کبد و عضله دوقلو در موشهای صحرایی نر است. مواد و روشها:در این پژوهش 15سر موش صحرایی نر بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه کنترل(5 سر)،تمرین استقامتی(5 سر)و تمرین مقاومتی(5 سر)، تقسیم شدند.گروه استقامتی تمرینات را به مدت هشت هفته روی نوارگردان وگروه مقاومتی نیزتمرینات مقاومتی را به مدت هشت هفته روی نردبان یک متری با شیب 85 درجه انجام دادندو گروه کنترل در این مدت بدون تمرین بودند.72 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین حیوانات بیهوش و بافت کبدو عضله دوقلو برداشته شد. از آزمون شاپیروویلک جهت تعیین توزیع طبیعی دادهها،و از آزمونآنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده گردیدو معنیداری در سطح 05/0 ≥P پذیرفته شد.یافتهها:پس ازتأیید توزیع طبیعی دادهها با آزمون شاپیروویلک،نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه اختلاف معنیداری را در مقادیر آیریزین بافت کبد و عضله دوقلو در بین گروهها نشان داد(بهترتیب؛ 001/0P=، 016/0=P).آزمون تعقیبی توکی نیز افزایش معنیداری را در مقادیر آیریزین عضله دوقلو در گروه تمرین استقامتی و تمرین مقاومتی نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد(بهترتیب؛016/0P=، 061/0=P).همچنین آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد که افزایش معنیداری در مقادیر آیریزین بافت کبد در گروه تمرین استقامتی و تمرین مقاومتی نسبت به گروه کنترل وجود دارد(بهترتیب؛ 001/0P=، 001/0=P). اما اختلاف معنیداری در مقادیر آیریزین بافت کبدو عضله دوقلو بین گروههای تمرینی وجود نداشت(بهترتیب؛ 962/0P =، 742/0= P). نتیجهگیری:براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، هر دو تمرینات مقاومتی و استقامتی میتواند سطوح آیریزین را در هر دو بافت کبدو عضله دوقلو بهطور معنیداری افزایش دهد که بهنظر میرسد فعالیت ورزشی از این طریق میتواند اثرات مفیدی در پیشگیری و درمان بیماریهای متابولیک داشتهباشد.

بررسی اثر عصاره برگ گردو با استرس ناشی از شنای اجباری بر پروفایل لیپیدی و وزن بدن در موش های صحرایی نر بالغ دیابتی شده
زمینه و هدف: از بخش های مختلف گیاه گردو در طب سنتی و در درمان بیماریهای مختلف از جمله دیابت استفاده می شود. با توجه به با توجه به نقش استرسهای مختلف در بروز بیماری دیابت و عوارض داروهای شیمیایی در درمان این بیماری، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی برگ گردو بر پروفایل لیپیدی در موشهای صحرایی نر بالغ دیابتی شده تحت استرس شنا انجام گرفت.روش بررسی: این مطالعه تجربی برروی50 سرموش صحرایی نر بالغ که به 5گروه ،کنترل،دیابتی ،دیابتی تیمار با عصاره برگ گردو (mg/kg200) ،دیابتی با استرس شنا درآب 15درجه سانتیگراد و دیابتی تیماربا استرس شنا و عصاره برگ گردوتقسیم گردیدند انجام گرفت.در پایان بعد از تجویز21روزه و اندازه گیری وزن و خونگیری از حیوانات، میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام،LDL و HDLاندازه گیری شدودادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS-18 و آزمونهای ANOVA و توکی آنالیز و معناداری اختلاف داده ها در سطح05/0 P< در نظر گرفته شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان دادکه دیابت و دیابت با استرس شنا باعث کاهش معنادار وزن و میزان سرمی HDL درسطح01/0P< و افزایش معنادار میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام،LDL درسطح001/0P< نسبت به گروه کنترل می گردد درحالی که عصاره برگ گردو باعث افزایش معنادارHDL درسطح01/0P< درسطح01/0P< وکاهش معنادار میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام وLDL درسطح001/0P< در حیوانات دیابتی و تحت استرس شنا می گردد.نتیجه گیری:نتایج نشان داد که استرس شنا و دیابت احتمالا به دلیل افزایش ترکیبات اکسیدانت باعث افزایش میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام وLDL وکاهش HDLدرخون می شود و عصاره

تاثیر ورزش مقاومتی دایرهای قبل از دویدن واماندهساز بر روی نوارگردان بر متابولیسم چربی، کربوهیدرات و هزینه انرژی در دختران دارای اضافه وزن و چاق
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: تمرینات مقاومتی با تحریک هورمونها و آنزیمهای درگیر در فرآیند لیپولیز میتوانند باعث افزایش لیپولیز شوند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر ورزش مقاومتی دایرهای قبل از دویدن واماندهساز بر روی نوارگردان بر متابولیسم چربی، کربوهیدرات و هزینه انرژی در دختران دارای اضافه وزن و چاق بود.مواد و روشها: 10 دختر دارای اضافه وزن و چاق (وزن 18/10 02/78 کیلوگرم) در دو جلسه فعالیت 1) ورزش مقاومتی و سپس دویدن بر روی نوارگردان و 2) فقط دویدن بر روی نوارگردان شرکت کردند. دویدن بر روی نوارگردان با شدت 75 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه تا رسیدن به واماندگی و ورزش مقاومتی دایرهای شامل 5 ایستگاه، 3 نوبت با شدت ۵5 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه (1RM) انجام شد. گازهای تنفسی آزمودنیها با استفاده از دستگاه گاز آنالایزور در حالت پایه به مدت 30 دقیقه و در حین فعالیت بر روی نوارگردان تا رسیدن به واماندگی جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شد (05/0 = α).یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که متابولیسم چربی حین فعالیت در گروهی که ورزش مقاومتی را قبل از دویدن بر روی نوار گردان انجام دادند به طور معناداری بیشتر از گروهی بود که فقط دویدن بر روی نوارگردان را انجام داده بودند. هزینه انرژی و متابولیسم کربوهیدرات بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد. نتیجهگیری: دختران دارای اضافه وزن و چاق میتوانند برای افزایش متابولیسم چربی و کاهش احتمالی در درصد چربی بدن خود قبل از انجام دویدن بر روی نوارگردان از فعالیت مقاومتی استفاده کنند.

بررسی اثربخشی مکمل چای سبز در مقایسه با مکملهای فیبر، کافئین و الکارنیتین بر کاهش وزن در افراد چاق (یک متاآنالیز شبکهای)
زمینه تاکنون مطالعهای، میزان اثربخشی جامع مکمل چای سبز را نسبت به فیبر، کافئین و الکارنیتین بر کاهش وزن افراد چاق تعیین نکرده است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی جامع مکمل چای، فیبر، کافئین و الکارنیتین بر کاهش وزن در افراد چاق میباشد. روش کار پایگاههای اطلاعاتی پابمد، اسکوپوس و کاکرن تا تاریخ آبانماه 1397 جستجو شد. از روش pairwise برای مقایسه اختلاف میانگین کاهش وزن داروها در دو روش مستقیم (مقایسه داروها با گروه کنترل) و غیرمستقیم (مقایسه داروها با یکدیگر) استفاده شد. یافتهها مطالعه حاضر که بر روی 73 مطالعه بالینی با جمعیت 3921 (2002 نفر گروه مداخله و 1919 گروه کنترل) نشان داد که مکمل کافئین (88/0- کیلوگرم، فاصله اطمینان 60/2- تا 84/0-) و بعد از آن مکمل ترکیبی کافئین با کاتچین (74/0- کیلوگرم، فاصله اطمینان 70/1- تا 21/0-)، چای (61/0- کیلوگرم، فاصله اطمینان 33/1- تا 11/0-)، فیبر(31/0- کیلوگرم، فاصله اطمینان 79/0- تا 17/0-)، به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را در کاهش وزن در مقایسه با گروه دارونما دارند، به هر حال مکمل کارنیتین، تأثیری بر کاهش وزن نداشت. نتیجهگیری مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که اثربخشی مکمل چای سبز در کاهش وزن در مقایسه با فیبر و کارنیتین، بیشتر و در مقایسه با کافئین و ترکیب کافئین با کاتچین، کمتر میباشد.

بررسی کیفیت زندگی ماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر زابل
زمینه ماماها، یکی از گروههای اصلی ارائهدهنده خدمات در نظام سلامت هستند و به دلیل استرسزا بودن شغل در معرض خطر فرسودگی شغلی قرار دارند؛ لذا این امر بر کیفیت زندگی آنان تأثیرگذار است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کیفیت زندگی ماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر زابل انجام شد. مامای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و زایشگاه بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین 1۴ روش کار این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک و ۲۵علی (ع) زابل در سال پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SF-36 و با استفاده از SPSS (21) آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی (تی مستقل) انجام شد. بود. در ۳3/1۴ ± ۵/۲9 یافتهها نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد میانگین سنی افراد شرکتکننده در مطالعه تمامی حیطههای کیفیت زندگی، ماماهای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی، وضعیت بهتری داشتند. میانگین نمره سلامت جسمی و روانی ماماهای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و ماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه، تفاوت آماری .)p< ۴/۴۵) اما در نمره کل کیفیت زندگی، این تفاوت معنادار بود (p> ۴/۴۵معناداری نداشتند ( نتیجهگیری نتایج نشان دادند که از نظر کیفیت زندگی، ماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه، نمره کمتری را نسبت به ماماهای شاغل در مراکز و پایگاههای بهداشتی درمانی گزارش کردند. نتایج به دست آمده میتواند در شناسایی نیازهای ماماها توسط مدیران و تلاش در جهت به کارگیری برنامههای راهبردی ارتقا بهرهوری، کمککننده باشد.

چکیدهمقدمه وهدف: در روش های جدید آموزش مهارتهایتفکرانتقادیدرحوضهیآناتومی بالینی مقدماتی مواجهه با بیمار ضروری به نظر می رسد هدف از این مطالعه تاثیر آموزش مهارت های تفکر انتقادی برآناتومی بالینی مقدماتی مواجهه با بیمار دردانشجویان پزشکی می باشد.مواد وروشها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در سال -1397-1395در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزواردر مقطع علوم پایه با همکاری34داشجوی پزشکی که شامل24 دانشجوی مونث و10 دانشجوی مذکربودند انجام شده است در این مطالعه از پرسشنا مه گرایش تفکر انتقادی کالیفرنیا(CCTST) استفاده شد با این تفاوت که در پژوهش حا ضر دانشجویان قبل از از آموزش مهارت های تفکر انتقادی آناتومی بالینی مقدماتی مواجهه با بیمار( Early Clinical Exposure) ( ECE) وبعد از گذراندن آن(ECE) بود پرسشنا مه در بردارندهای سئوالاتی در حوضه تجزیه وتحلیل ، مهارت های استنبا طی و استدلا ل استقرایی و قیاسی بودانجام گرفت. داده هاازنرم افزازSPSS16 با آزمون تی زوجی(Pair :T –test) تجزیه وتحلیل شدندیا فته ها: میا نگین پاسخ درست در حیطه استدلا ل قیاسی(Inductive Reasoning) ،استنباطی(Inference) یا استتنتا جی واستدلال استقرایی (Deductive Reasoning) قبل وبعد ازECE با آموزش مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی معنی دار بودP0.05 .نتیجه گیری : آموزش مهارت های تفکرانتقادی موجبارتقاء کیفی فراگیران میشود در نتیجه باز خورد وفیدبک مثبتی رابین-مدرس،فراگیر وبیمارفراهم می کندکه اهمیت با لینی دارد.

اثر مصرف آب پرتقال بر اکسیداسیون چربی هنگام فعالیت ورزشی در دختران جوان دارای اضافه وزن
زمینه برخی از شواهد نشان می دهد که آب پرتقال خاصیت چربی سوزی دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر مصرف آب پرتقال بر اکسیداسیون چربی در فعالیت ورزشی بود. 5/83 : سانتیمتر، وزن 162/50 ± 7/66 : سال، قد24/50 ± 5/85 : دختر جوان دارای اضافه وزن (سن 8 روش کار کیلوگرم، 73/94 ± 8 ± 2/73 : کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، درصد چربی بدن28/01 ± 0/83 :BMI درصد) در 37/ 4 دو جلسه جداگانه، فعالیت فزایندهای را تا سر حد خستگی روی نوار گردان اجرا کردند. در یک جلسه، آب و در جلسه میلیلیتر) را یک ساعت قبل از شروع فعالیت مصرف کردند. میزان اکسیداسیون چربی و 500دیگر، آب پرتقال ( کربوهیدرات طی فعالیت با استفاده از روش کالریسنجی غیرمستقیم، اندازهگیری شد. برای هر فرد، میزان حداکثر .) تعیین گردیدFATmax در آن رخ میدهد ( MFO) و شدتی از فعالیت که MFOاکسیداسیون چربی ( ) بین P = 0/83 ( FATmax ) وP = 0/12( MFO همبسته نشان داد تفاوت معنیداری در t یافتهها آزمون آماری دو شرایط مصرف آب و مصرف آب پرتقال وجود ندارد. نتیجهگیری به نظر می رسد که مصرف آب پرتقال یک ساعت قبل از فعالیت ورزشی، موجب تغییر قابل ملاحظهای در اکسیداسیون چربی در دختران جوان دارای اضافه وزن نمی شود.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و عصاره چای سبز بر برخی عوامل التهابی در بافت پروستات موشهای سالم
زمینه اصلاح سبک زندگی، از جنبههای مهم پیشگیری از بیماریهای مختلف از جمله انواع سرطان میباشد. هدف B پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و دریافت عصاره چای سبز بر سطوح فاکتور هستهای کاپا (NF COX ( 0- -)، سیکلواکسیژناز κB . در بافت پروستات موشهای سالم بود p53 -) و پروتئین سرکوبگر تومور 2 سر موش صحرایی نر بهصورت تصادفی در چهار گروه تمرین هوازی، عصاره 50 روش کار در این مطالعه تجربی، چای سبز، تمرین هوازی + عصاره چای سبز و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین هوازی شامل راه رفتن و دویدن 0 دقیقهای با تناوب استراحتی 93 متر در دقیقه، سه نوبت 5-96 روی نوارگردان با شدت کم تا متوسط (سرعت میلیلیتر از محلولی با 9/5 دقیقهای در هر جلسه، پنج جلسه در هفته) بود. عصاره چای سبز نیز روزانه بهمیزان میلیلیتر به گروههای مربوطه گاواژ گردید (سه جلسه در هفته). چهل و هشت ساعت 966 میلیگرم در 96غلظت پس از پایان مداخله، بافتبرداری انجام شد. روشهای آماری آنالیز کوواریانس و آنالیز واریانس یکراهه برای تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد. )، اما P = 6/60 نسبت به گروه کنترل شد ( NF-κB یافتهها تمرین هوازی، سبب افزایش معنادار سطح پروتئین NF ترکیب تمرین هوازی و مصرف عصاره چای سبز، تغییر معناداری در سطح پروتئین - ایجاد نکرد. سطوح κB COX پروتئینهای 6/63 نیز متعاقب تمرین هوازی و مصرف عصاره چای سبز، تغییر معناداری نداشت ( p53 - و 2 <P ). متعاقب تمرین هوازی را تعدیل NF-κB نتیجهگیری بهنظر میرسد مصرف مکمل چای سبز میتواند سطح پروتئین کند که نشاندهنده اثرات ضدالتهابی چای سبز و نقش احتمالی آن در پیشگیری از سرطان پروستات میباشد.

اثر بخشی تقویت رفتاری مثبت مبتنی بر ذهن–آگاهی بر استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم
زمینه مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم، از استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی رنج میبرند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تقویت رفتاری مثبت مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی این مادران انجام شد. ساله مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم از مدارس شهر گرگان به صورت 0-6 روش کار سی نفر از مادران دارای کودکان دقیقهای تحت آموزش یک روانشناس برای 536 جلسه6 تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند و در تقویت رفتاری مثبت مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، شامل پرسشنامه استرس ادراک شده، پرسشنامه اضطراب و افسردگی بک بوده که همه مادران قبل، بلافاصله و یک ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل کردند. مقایسه بین دو گروه توسط آزمون تی مستقل انجام شد. ، میانگین نمرات استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در مادران کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم ،
یافته ها قبل از مداخله تفاوت معناداری نداشت. اما میانگین نمرات دو گروه در زمانهای بلافاصله و یک ماه ،بین دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشت؛ به طوری که میانگین نمرات استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان ، پس از مداخله کاهش معناداری ، تغییر معناداری نداشت اما در گروه مداخله در طول زمان ، اتیستیک در گروه کنترل در طول زمان .(P<0.001) داشت.
نتیجه گیری مداخله تقویت رفتاری مثبت مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی توانسته است استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم را کاهش دهد. استفاده از تقویت رفتاری مثبت برای کاهش استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به طیف اتیسم، پیشنهاد میگردد.

مدل ساختاری روابط بین قدردانی، کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی در معلمان شهر سبزوار
زمینه قدردانی، به عنوان یک عامل مثبت، میتواند به غنیسازی و تحکیم روابط بین زوجین کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی مدل ساختاری روابط بین قدردانی، کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی انجام شد. روش کار طرح پژوهش همبستگی از طریق مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه معلمان زن شهر نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی 541 بودند که از بین آنها 1351سبزوار در سال ساده انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ، پرسشنامه قدردانی و پرسشنامه کیفیت ادراک شده ابعاد ارتباط زناشویی جمعآوری شد.
یافتهها ارزیابی برازندگی مدل، روابط مستقیم و واسطهای با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و از طریق نرمافزارهای AMOS-24 و SPSS-24 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مدل با انجام برخی اصلاحات، برازش مطلوبی با دادهها دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد قدردانی علاوه بر رابطه مستقیم با رضایت زناشویی، از طریق افزایش کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی به صورت غیرمستقیم نیز رضایت زناشویی را افزایش میدهد (p<0/05).
نتیجهگیری قدردانی به صورت مستقیم و همچنین غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی، با افزایش رضایت زناشویی همراه است. این مطالعه به درک بهتر فرایندهای مثبتی که زوجین را در مقابل نارضایتی زناشویی حفظ میکنند، کمک میکند و متخصصان میتوانند از نتایج آن به منظور حفظ و دستیابی به رضایت زناشویی استفاده کنند.

نقش راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان و ویژگیهای شخصیتی در کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم
زمینه و هدف: سطح پایین کیفیت زندگی و سلامت عمومی از عمده ترین مشکلاتی هستند که مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم به طور جدی با آن مواجه هستند. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین نقش راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان و ویژگیهای شخصیت در کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم بود.مواد و روشها : این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و در سال 1396 در شهر تهران انجام شده است. 80 نفر از مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم، که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، پرسشنامههای فرم کوتاه پنج عاملی شخصیت نئو، سلامت عمومی (GHQ)، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (WHO-QOL) را تکمیل کردند. کلیه تحلیل های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-23 صورت گرفت و از روش تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان برای بررسی فرضیه ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد از بین متغیرهای راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، سرکوبی و از بین متغیرهای ویژگیهای شخصیت، برون گرایی و روان نژندی نقش موثری در سلامت عمومی و کیفیت زندگی مادران داشتند. کلیه یافته ها در سطح 05/0 معنادار بودند.نتیجهگیری: راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان و ویژگی های شخصیت در کیفیت زندگی و سلامت عمومی مادران دارای کودک اوتیسم نقش معنا داری دارند. از این رو طراحی مداخلاتی در زمینه تنظیم هیجان مادران و تقویت ویژگی های شخصیتی مثبت همچون برون گرایی می تواند به ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و سلامت عمومی آنها کمک کند.

اثربخشی بازی های رایانه ای مبتنی بر مهارتهای دیداری بر ادراک دیداری و تمرکز کودکان دارای اختلال صرع
زمینه صرع، یک اختلال سیستم عصبی مرکزی است که در آن، فعالیت سلولهای عصبی در مغز مختل شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر بازیهای رایانهای مبتنی بر مهارتهای دیداری بر ادراک دیداری و تمرکز کودکان دارای اختلال صرع میباشد.
روش کار این پژوهش، از نوع شبهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری آن، کلیه کودکان دارای اختلالات صرع شهرستان مشهد است که از این بین 30 نفر از کودکان به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، آزمون تمرکز کامپیوتریCOG (2012) و آزمون ادراک دیداری فراستیگ (1982) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافتهها نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پسآزمون ادراک دیداری (01/0˂P) و تمرکز (05/0˂P) بعد از حذف اثر پیشآزمون، در گروه آزمایشی، تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد؛ به این صورت که میانگین نمرات پسآزمون گروه آزمایش، بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از گروه گواه بود. به این ترتیب، استفاده از بازیهای رایانهای در مهارتهای دیداری، باعث افزایش ادراک دیداری و تمرکز میشود.
نتیجهگیری با توجه به یافتهها، با استفاده از بازیهای رایانهای مبتنی بر مهارتهای دیداری میتوان ادراک دیداری و تمرکز کودکان دارای صرع را بهبود بخشید.

رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و چابکی سازمانی با میانجیگری فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند
زمینه پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی رابطه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و چابکی سازمانی با میانجیگری فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار صورت گرفته است.
روش کار روش پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با تأکید بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان اداری پردیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار به تعداد 205 نفر بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 134 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب و از طریق روش نمونهگیری نظامدار (سیستماتیک) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه فاوا محرمپور (1390)، چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ (1999) و فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند محمودوند (1390) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS22 و 8.8 lisrel و آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده گردید.
یافتهها یافتهها نشان دادند که: 1- بین فاوا و چابکی سازمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. 2- بین فاوا و فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند، رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. 3- بین فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند و چابکی سازمانی، رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند در رابطه بین فاوا و چابکی سازمانی، نقش میانجیگری دارد و 45 درصد از چابکی سازمانی بهوسیله فاوا و با میانجیگری فراموشی سازمانی هدفمند، پیشبینی شد..

اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان و پردازش هیجانی افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر
زمینه پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان و پردازش هیجانی افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر انجام گرفته است.
روش کار این پژوهش، نیمهآزمایشی است و در این طرح پژوهشی 30 نفر دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، از مراجعهکنندگان به کلینیک ندای آرامش روان شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. همه آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از درمان، با پرسشنامههای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی، 2001) و پردازش هیجانی (باکر، 2007) ارزیابی شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه درمان فراشناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی دریافت کردند. پس از اتمام درمان، از همه آزمودنیها پسآزمون گرفته شد و دادهها با استفاده از آزمون کوواریانس چندمتغیره، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در بهبود راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان و پردازش هیجانی، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0005≥P).
نتیجهگیری میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان فراشناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی، در کاهش راهبردهای منفی تنظیم هیجان و پردازش هیجانی افراد دچار اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، مؤثر است.

نقش تعدیلکننده همدلی در رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با افسردگی و اضطراب در پرستاران
زمینه واکنشهای هیجانی نامناسب مثل اضطراب و افسردگی، در جوامع امروز بسیار مشهود هستند و جامعه پرستاری را درگیر کردهاند که میتوانند بر کیفیت مراقبتهای بهداشتی در حال ارائه تأثیر بگذارند. با توجه به در معرض خطر بودن بهداشت روانی پرستاران، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تعیین نقش تعدیلکننده همدلی در رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با افسردگی و اضطراب در پرستاران میپردازد.
روش کار این پژوهش، پژوهشی اکتشافی از نوع طرحهای همبستگی است. با توجه به جدول مورگان، تعداد 217 نفر از پرستاران (165 زن و 52 مرد) شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر سبزوار در بهار سال 1396 به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز و همکاران (2007)، مقیاس همدلی بارون- کوهن (2003) و مقیاس اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستانی زیگمون و اسنایت (1983)، استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره تعدیلی به کمک نرمافزار spss-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها نتایج نشان دادند که بین سرمایه روانشناختی و افسردگی و اضطراب بیمارستانی در پرستاران، رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد (01/0›P). همچنین همدلی در رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با نشانه بالینی اضطراب و افسردگی نقش تعدیلکننده دارد (01/0›P).
نتیجهگیری بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که همدلی میتواند رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با نشانگان بالینی افسردگی و اضطراب بیمارستانی را تعدیل کند.

اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی پرسیاوشان (Adiantum capillus veneris) بر افسردگی و اضطراب ناشی از استرس حاد در موشهای سوری نر
زمینه وقوع حوادت استرسزای شدید، با خطر ابتلا به اختلالات روحی و روانی از قبیل افسردگی و اضطراب همراه است. با توجه به عوارض منفی داروهای ضدافسردگی و ضداضطراب، توجه محققان به ترکیبات طبیعی، معطوف شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر عصاره پرسیاوشان بر افسردگی و اضطراب ناشی از استرس حاد در موشهای سوری نر بود.
روش کار در مطالعه تجربی حاضر 40 موش سوری نر نژاد Balb/C به صورت تصادفی در پنج گروه شامل: کنترل (تحت استرس حاد دریافتکننده نرمالسالین)، مداخله (تحت استرس حاد دریافتکننده عصاره پرسیاوشان در دوزهای 100، 200 و 400 (mg/kg)) و کنترل مثبت (تحت استرس حاد دریافتکننده دیازپام) قرار گرفتند. استرس حاد، از طریق شوک الکتریکی (5/0 میلیآمپر، 2 دقیقه) و بیحرکتی در دستگاه محدودکننده (2 ساعت) برای یکبار ایجاد شد. عصاره و دارو به مدت 21 روز و بهصورت درون صفاقی تجویز شد و سپس میزان فعالیت حرکتی، اضطراب و افسردگی توسط آزمونهای شنای اجباری، ماز به علاوهای مرتفع (EPM) و صفحه باز ارزیابی گردید.
یافتهها در موشهای تحت استرس حاد، دوزهای مختلف عصاره پرسیاوشان، سبب کاهش معنیدار در مدت زمان بیحرکتی نسبت به گروه کنترل در آزمون شنای اجباری شد (05/0P<). همچنین دوز mg/kg 400 عصاره پرسیاوشان، سبب افزایش معنیدار در درصد ورود به بازوهای باز و کاهش معنیدار تعداد دفعات ورود به بازوهای بسته در EPM نسبت به کنترل گردید (05/0P<). دوزهای مختلف عصاره پرسیاوشان بر تعداد دفعات عبور از خطوط صفحه باز نسبت به گروه کنترل اثر معنیدار نداشت.
نتیجهگیری عصاره پرسیاوشان اثرات ضدافسردگی و ضداضطرابی را در موشهای تحت استرس حاد نشان میدهد.

بررسی اثرات تزریق عمومی ترانکرون بر روند ترمیم تاندون در خرگوش به روش اولتراسونوگرافی و هیستوپاتولوژی
زمینه پارگی تاندون، یکی از موارد شایع در حیوانات و انسان است. تاندون، شبکه خونرسانی خاصی دارد که از بیرون به داخل تغذیه میگردد. مهمترین فاکتور در التیام تاندون، خونرسانی میباشد که بسیار کند است. روشهای گوناگونی که امروزه برای درمان و ترمیم اینگونه پارگیها به کار گرفته میشود، وقتگیر و زمانبر است.
روش کار تعداد 10 سر خرگوش نر نیوزیلندی با وزن 2-5/1 کیلوگرم انتخاب و به مدت یک ماه نگهداری شدند. اندامهای خلفی خرگوشها تراشیده و بیهوش شدند. سپس در شرایط استریل با برش پوست، تاندون SDFT در معرض دید قرار گرفت، خرگوشها به دو گروه پنجتایی شاهد و نمونه تقسیم شدند و طی سه دوره، گروه نمونه به میزان 1 میکروگرم بر کیلوگرم داروی ترانکرون دریافت کرد و طی روزهای 3، 10 و 30 مورد ارزیابی سونوگرافی قرار گرفتند. پس از 30 روز نگهداری برای مطالعات آسیبشناسی به روش انسانی آرامکشی شد و ضایعه مورد نظر جدا و به آزمایشگاه ارسال گردید..
یافتهها روز سیام نتایج سونوگرافی بهطور معنیداری نشاندهنده ترمیم الیاف تاندونی، شبیه بودن Echogenicity ناحیه آسیبدیده به تاندون نرمال بود. نتایج هیستوپاتولوژیک، بیانگر تأثیرات مفید داروی ترانکرون طی این تحقیق میباشد. بهطوریکه میزان رشتههای کلاژن متراکم آنها در بافت، در گروه تحت درمان، بسیار قابلتوجه و رو به افزایش بوده است.
نتیجهگیری در نهایت، مشخص شد داروی ترانکرون، بر ترمیم تاندون و کاهش التهاب مؤثر بوده است.
