مقایسه زمان شروع بی حسی ایجاد شده با دو غلظت و حجم متفاوت لیدوکائین در بی حسی منطقه ای داخل وریدی اندام فوقانی
زمینه و هدف: بی حسی منطقه ای داخل وریدی توسط استفاده از تورنیکت و تزریق داخل وریدی داروی بی حس کننده در نواحی دیستال ناحیه جراحی در اندام ها ایجاد می شود. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه زمان شروع بی حسی ایجاد شده با دو غلظت و حجم متفاوت لیدوکائین در بی حسی منطقه ای داخل وریدی اندام فوقانی انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی یکسو کور بر روی 40 بیماری که جهت انجام جراحی ساعد به بیمارستان بهلول گناباد مراجعه نموده اند، انجام شد. نمونه ها به طور تصادفی به دو گروه دریافت کننده 40 میلی لیتر لیدوکائین 5/0 درصد و 20 میلی لیتر لیدوکائین 1 درصد تقسیم بندی شدند. ابزار پژوهش چک لیست پژوهشگر ساخته و اسکیل درد (VAS) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های دقیق فیشر، تی مستقل و جفتی در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که فاصله زمانی بین تزریق داروی بیحسی تا شروع بی حسی کامل در گروه دریافت کننده 20 میلی لیتر لیدوکائین 1 درصد نسبت به گروه دریافت کننده 40 میلی لیتر لیدوکائین 5/0 درصد به طور معنی دار کوتاهتر است (001/0>p). ولی فشار خون سیستولیک و دیاستولیک و تعداد ضربان قلب بعد از برش جراحی بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (05/0

ارتباط الگوهای غذایی با اضافهوزن و چاقی در بین دختران نوجوان شهر ارومیه
مقدمه: چاقی در کودکان و نوجوانان و بزرگسالان به عنوان یکی از جدی ترین نگرانی های بهداشت عمومی در قرن 21 می باشد. در این میان نوجوانی مرحله ی مهمی از نظر ایجاد رفتارهای تغذیه ای سالم می باشد که معمولا تا پایان عمر حفظ می شود. مطالعه ی حاضر به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین الگوهای غذایی با شاخص توده ی بدنی در دختران نوجوان در شهر ارومیه طراحی شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه 453 دانش آموز دختر به روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. شاخص های تن سنجی شامل قد، وزن و دور کمر افراد با روش های استاندارد و ابزارهای کالیبره شده، اندازه گیری شد. دریافت غذایی معمول افراد با استفاده از یک FFQ نیمه کمی تعیین شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه سه الگوی غذایی غالب در بین دانش آموزان دختر شناسایی شد. الگوی غذایی "سنتی" شامل دریافت بالای میوه، مغزها، خشکبار، کمپوت و مربا، ترشی، چای و قهوه، عسل، سبزیجات و شیرینی و قندها بود. الگوی غذایی"پر پروتئین" شامل دریافت بالای حبوبات، احشا، ماهی، تخم مرغ، گوشت قرمز، لبنیات پرچرب، غلات ساده و سبزیجات بود. الگوی غذایی "غذاهای آماده و تنقلات شور" شامل دریافت بالای نوشابه، فست فود، تنقلات شور، شیرینی، قندها و آب میوه بود. الگوی غذایی پر پروتئین] (سهک دوم در مقایسه با سهک اول: (P=0.016 , 95%CI=(1.1-3), (OR=1.8 و سهک سوم در مقایسه با سهک اول: (P=0.046 ,(95%CI=(1.01-2.7 [(OR=1.6, به طور مستقیم با لاغری ارتباط داشت. این ارتباط معنی دارد در مدل رگرسیون لجستیک چندگانه نیز مشاهده گردید[Tertile 2 vs. Tertile 1 OR=1.66, 85%CI (1.15-2.39), P=0.048].
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد الگوی غذایی پر پروتئین با افزایش احتمال لاغری همراه می باشد.

بررسی اثر پراکندگیهای کامپتونی بین آشکارسازهای حلقه پت بر کیفیت تصویر به وسیله شبیهسازی مونت کارلو
زمینه و هدف : پراکندگیهای کامپتونی گاماهای نابودی بین آشکارسازهای حلقه پت، با ثبت خط پاسخ نادرست از رزلوشن فضایی تصویر پت میکاهند. این مقاله با ارایه یک روش جدید سعی در حذف این رخدادها از تصویربرداری پت دارد. در این روش آشکارسازها طوری عایقبندی میشوند که گاماهای پراکنده از یک آشکارساز نتوانند وارد آشکارسازهای دیگر حلقه پت شوند. روش: پس از شبیهسازی حلقه پت مدل BiographTM 6 ساخت شرکت Siemens به وسیله شبیهسازی مونت کارلو کد MCNPX، با جداسازی آشکارسازهای حلقه پت در هندسه مساله، اقدام به حذف این رخدادها و بررسی اثر آن بر تابع پاسخ آشکارسازهای دستگاه پت شد. یافتهها: بررسی اطلاعات بدست آمده از شبیهسازیها نشان داد که جداسازی آشکارسازهای حلقه پت از شمارش آشکارسازها در محدوده پنجره انرژی بخصوص در نزدیکی آستانه پایینی آن (350 تا 400 کیلو الکترون ولت) میکاهد. این کاهش شمارش در حضور کرهای از بافت نرم بدن – به شعاع cm20- کمتر شد به طوری که درصد اختلاف نسبی شمارش آشکارسازها بین دو حالت اتصال و عدم اتصال بین آشکارسازها از حداکثر 70 درصد(در انرژی400 کیلوالکترون ولت ) در نبود بافت نرم به حداکثر 12 درصد (در انرژی 350 کیلوالکترون ولت) در حضور بافت نرم رسید. نتیجهگیری: جداسازی آشکارسازها از یکدیگر اگر چه خطای حاصل از ثبت گاماهای نابودی پراکنده در آشکارسازهای مجاور را کاهش داد و رزلوشن فضایی را بهبود بخشید اما با حذف برخی از همزمانیهای صحیح و کاهش حساسیت دستگاه عملا اثر مطلوب چندانی بر تصویربرداری پت، نداشت. همچنین کاهش اندک شمارشها با وجود بافت نرم، نشان دهنده تاثیر بیشتر جداسازی آشکارسازهای حلقه پت در بهبود کیفیت تصویر در تصویربرداریهای ناحیه شکمی نسبت به تصویربردارهای نواحی دیگر نظیر ناحیه سر و گردن بود.

ارزیابی مقایسه ای پوسچرهای کاری شاغلین یک شرکت صنعتی قبل و بعد از مداخله ارگونومی با رویکرد مشارکتی
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در بروز آسیبهای اسکلتی عضلانی پوسچر نامطلوب بدن هنگام کار است. مداخلات ارگونومی به منظور بهبود پوسچر کاری امری ضروری است. رویکرد مشارکتی عرصه جدیدی در طرحریزی و اجرای مداخلات است. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه پوسچر های کاری شاغلین یک شرکت صنعتی قبل و بعد از مداخله ارگونومی با رویکرد مشارکتی بود.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش شبه تجربی حاضر از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد که بر روی 30 نفر از شاغلین یک شرکت تولید کابل خودرو انجام پذیرفته است. این مطالعه طی پنج مرحله شامل 1- ارزیابی ارگونومیکی پوسچر شاغلین با روش ارزیابی REBA 2- آموزش کلیه سطوح درگیر در برنامه ارگونومی، 3- طرحریزی مشارکتی مداخلات ارگونومیک، 4- انجام مداخلات و 5- ارزیابی مجدد پوسچر پس از انجام مداخلا.انجام شده است. در آنالیز نتایج از روش آماری WILCOXON ، آزمونSIGN و MC NEMAR TEST. استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش بهبود پوسچر را در اندامهای گردن، تنه، بازو و مچ نشان داد. همچنین مقایسه امتیاز کلی و سطح خطرمربوطه قبل و بعد از مداخله معنیدار بود (P

سنتز و مشخصه یابی فیزیوشیمیایی نانوحاملهای هیبرید لیپونیوزومی به عنوان حاملهایی برای داروی ضد سرطان دوکسوروبیسین هیدروکلراید
مقدمه: نانوحاملهای لیپیدی با رهایش آهسته و تحویل نیمه هدفمند دارو، میتوانند برخی از چالشهای رسانش دارو را به سلولهای سرطانی کاهش دهند. هدف از این مطالعه، تهیه و ارزیابی فیزیوشیمیایی فرمولاسیونهای مختلفی از سامانهی لیپونیوزومی حاوی دوکسوروبیسین به منظور دستیابی به فرمولاسیونی هدفمند، جهت مبارزه بهتر با سلولهای سرطانی است.روش کار: نانوحاملها با استفاده از نسبتهای مولی مختلف از پالمیتویل فسفاتیدیل کولین، کلسترول و سوربیتان مونو استئارات سنتز و از میان 5 فرمولاسیون سنتزی، 3 فرمولاسیون با استناد به بازده درونگیری انتخاب شدند. سپس بمنظور انتخاب فرمول نهایی، پروفایلهای رهایش با استفاده از روشهای دیالیز و اسپکتروفتومتری تعیین و فرمولاسیون نهایی به منظور بررسی اثر پلی اتیلن گلیکول بر راندمان درونگیری و الگوی رهایش در محیط شبه سلولهای سالم و سرطانی پگیله گردید. شاخصههای فیزیوشیمیایی از قبیل اندازه، بار سطحی، شاخص پراکندگی، طیف IR و مورفولوژی شناسایی گردیدند.نتایج: فرمولاسیون نهایی پگیله شدهی حاوی دوکسوروبیسین دارای اندازهی 102/9nm، بازده درون گیری 3/21 ± 94/17درصد ، پتانسیل زتا 6/67mV- و شاخص پراکندگی 0/128 میباشد. حداکثر رهایش دارو برای این نانوسامانه در شرایط سلول-های سالم و سرطانی طی 48 ساعت، به ترتیب، 24/43 و 26/81درصد بوده است. بررسی طیف IR و تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی، نشان میدهد که دارو و نانوسامانه برهمکنش شیمیایی نداشته و ذرات شکل کروی دارند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که سامانهی لیپونیوزومی پگیله شده ضمن برخورداری از ویژگیهای فیزیوشیمیایی مناسب، تغییری در ماهیت شیمیایی دارو ایجاد نکرده و میتواند حاملی مناسب و نیمه هدفمند برای دوکسوروبیسین باشد.

بررسی ارتباط مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی با حضور ژن های بتالاکتاماز طیف وسیع CMY-2 ، CTX-M-2، CTX-M-8 در جدایه های کلبسیلا پنومونیه از بیمارستان های تهران با روش Multiplex-PCR
مقدمه :امروزه کلبسیلا پنومونیه به عنوان یک پاتوژن فرصت طلب در عفونت های بیمارستانی مطرح می باشد.طیف وسیعی از بتالاکتامازها در سراسر جهان در حال افزایش می باشد. آنتی بیوتیک های بتالاکتام جزء مرسوم ترین عوامل ضد میکروبی در کنترل و درمان عفونت های باکتریایی محسوب می شوند. هدف از این مطالعه ، تعیین نقش ژن های CTX-M-2،CTX-M-8 و CMY-2در سویه های کلبسیلا پنومونیه مولد بتالاکتاماز های وسیع الطیف تولید شده در بیمارستان های تهران می باشد.مواد و روش :در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 60 نمونه بالینی از بیمارستان های مختلف تهران جمع آوری و با آزمون های بیوشیمیایی شناسایی گردید. تست حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی به روش دیسک دیفیوژن با توجه به استاندارد 2016CLSI انجام شد به منظور شناسایی بتالاکتاماز از تست سینرژیسیم دوبل استفاده شد و جهت شناسایی ژن های بتالاکتاماز از آزمون Multiplex-PCR استفاده گردید.یافته ها :در این تحقیق، بیشترین مقاومت نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک آمپی سیلین و بیشترین حساسیت نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک آمیکاسین تعیین گردید. از60 نمونه، مورد بررسی، 33 ایزوله حاوی ژنCMY-2 ، 8 ایزوله حاوی ژنCTX-M-2 و 25 ایزوله حاوی ژن CTX-M-8 می باشد. نتایج کار آماری بر اساس نرم افزار SPSS نشان داد ارتباط بین ژن های مورد مطالعه و مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی معنا دار می باشد (05/0p value

سنتز و شناسایی یک ترکیب آروماتیک جدید به عنوان مهار کننده تجمعات آمیلوئیدی لیزوزیم
زمینه و هدف: بیماریهای تحلیل برنده سیستم عصبی به دلیل عواملی چون افزایش جمعیت سالمندان، افزایش طول عمر و فقدان داروهای موثر یک معضل جهانی می باشد. به نظر می رسد مولکولهای دارای حلقه های آروماتیک بوسیله مهار یا تغییر تجمع آمیلوئیدی و مانع شدن از ایجاد الیگومرها و فیبریلها که عامل بوجود آورنده این بیماریهاست نقش محافظت کننده از نورونها ایفا می کنند. در مطالعه حاضر اثرات مهاری 1و3و5 تری فنیل بنزن به عنوان یک مولکول آروماتیک روی تجمع و سمیت لیزوزیم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتمواد و روشها: لیزوزیم با غلظت 2 میلی گرم بر میلی لیتر در بافر گلایسین 50 میلی مولار و شرایط اسیدی حل شدو سپس در دمای 57 درجه برای مدت مشخصی در حضور یا غیاب تری فنیل بنزن قرار داده شد.اثر مهاری این ترکیب روی لیزوزیم با استفاده از تکنیکهایی مثل میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی، تیوفلاوین T ، قرمز کنگو و سنجش MTT مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. یافته ها: داده های ما نشان داد که این ترکیب قادر به مهار تجمع لیزوزیم بصورت وابسته به غلظت و با IC50 برابر 1/0 میکرو مولار می باشد. مطالعه سینتیکی این ترکیب باعث طولانی شدن فاز تاخیر و کاهش فاز تعادل گردیدو همچنین سمیت تجمعات لیزوزیم در حضور این ترکیب کاهش معنی داری(025/0 p= ) یافت.نتیجه گیری: این مشاهدات نشان داد که تری فنیل بنزن قادر به وارد شدن به بخش مستعد تولید آمیلوئید در مراحل اولیه تشکیل تجمع بوده و باعث مهار تشکیل آن می شود.

بررسی مواجهة کارگران با سیلیس موجود در ذرات قابلاستنشاق در یک کارخانة سیمان در استان خراسان رضوی
زمینه و هدف: مواجهه کارگران با ذرات هوابرد سیمان که حاوی ذرات سیلیس آزاد کریستالی است می تواند منجر به بیماریهای جدی از جمله سیلیکوزیس شود. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی غلظت سیلیس موجود در گردوغبار قابلاستنشاق در منطقة تنفسی کارگران شاغل در یک کارخانة سیمان در استان خراسان رضوی انجام شد.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه غلظت سیلیس موجود در ذرات قابلاستنشاق سیمان هوای منطقه تنفسی 42 نفر از کارگران بخش های مختلف یک کارخانه سیمان در استان خراسان رضوی در سال 1396 ارزیابی شد. نمونهبرداری از ذرات قابلاستنشاق بر اساس روش استاندارد MDHS101/2 توصیه شده توسط NIOSH و با استفاده از پمپ نمونهبردار فردی، سیکلون و فیلتر انجام شد. فیلترها توسط یک ترازو با دقت یک میکرون وزن و برای تعیین مقدار سیلیس موجود در آن با روش پراش سنج پودری پرتو ایکس(XRD) مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین مواجهه کارگران با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان mg/m309/4±75/3 و متوسط غلظت سیلیس موجود در ذرات قابلاستنشاق درهمه بخش های نمونه برداری شده mg/m3 30/0±12/0 بود. بطور متوسط در 69 درصد از کارگران، مواجهه با گردوغبار سیلیس بیش از حد مواجهة شغلی بود. بیشترین متوسط غلظت ذرات سیلیس در بخش سنگ شکن mg/m3 54/0 و کمترین میانگین در بخش آسیاب موادmg/m3 03/0 مشاهده شد.نتیجهگیری: مواجهه اکثر کارگران کارخانه سیمان خراسان رضوی با ذرات قابل استنشاق سیمان و سیلیس موجود در ذرات قابلاستنشاق سیمان از حدود مجاز توصیه شده ملی و بین المللی بالاتر است. افزایش دمای هوا بر غلظت سیلیس موجود در ذرات قابل استنشاق تاثیر گذار است.

سابقه و هدف: بتاآلانین از مکمل های اثرگذار بر میزان لاکتات است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مصرف بتا آلانین بر لاکتات در فعالیت ارگومتر روئینگ بود. مواد و روش ها: 24 پاروزن مرد نخبه (سن 3/3 ± 4/23 سال، قد 9/7 ± 7/186 سانتی متر و درصد چربی 1/2 ± 9/8) بطور تصادفی در سه گروه بتا آلانین، دارونما (دکستروز) یا بدون مکمل قرار گرفتند (8n= ). میزان مصرف مکمل 40 میلیگرم بر هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن در روز به مدت 3 هفته بود. پس از تعیین توان هوازی بیشینه ( VO2max) و کمترین سرعت رسیدن به توان هوازی (vVO2max) با تردمیل، آزمون ارگومتر جهت تعیین توان میانگین و میزان میانگین سرعت در شش دقیقه ارگومتر (vRmax)انجام گرفت و سپس زمان فعالیت تا رسیدن به واماندگی با سرعت vRmax (TvRmax) به ثبت رسید. آزمون 6 دقیقه ارگومتر با 90% vRmax انجام شد و لاکتات و ضربان قلب ثبت گردید. در انتهای دوره، همین آزمون ها تکرار شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها، روش آنالیز واریانس یک سویه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری 05/0 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.یافته ها: لاکتات در گروه بتا آلانین در پس آزمون پس از 6 دقیقه فعالیت در 90% vRmax کاهش معنادار داشت (00/0 =p ). همچنین TvRmax و توان میانگین در گروه بتا آلانین نسبت به دو گروه دیگر بهبود معناداری یافته بود ( به ترتیب 00/0 =p و 04/0 =p). vRmax نیز در گروه بتا آلانین افزایش معناداری نشان داد (00/0 =p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد که مصرف بتا آلانین ممکن است با تاخیر در تجمع لاکتات، منجر به افزایش زمان رسیدن به خستگی در اجرای فعالیت استقامت عضلانی و بهبود توان هوازی پاروزنان نخبه شود.

آنالیز مولکولی ژن NS از ساب تایپ H9N2 ویروس آنفلوانزا A در صنعت طیور ایران طی سال های 2016-2007
ویروس آنفلوانزا H9N2 با توجه به دامنه میزبانی بسیار وسیع و به علت بازآرایی ژن اهمیت بالایی دارد که احتمال رد شدن از سد بین گونه ای را تسهیل می کند. این مطالعه اطلاعات مفیدی را در رابطه با همگن بودن ژن H9N2 ویروس آنفلوانزای پرندگان ایران با دیگر ویروس های آنفلوآنزا پرندگان کشورهای پاکستان و اسرائیل در سال های متوالی نشان می دهد که تاکید کننده ضرورت نظارت مستمر بر ژن های ویروس آنفلوانزا و بررسی تکامل سویه های آن در منطقه می باشد. مطالعه حاضر روی سکانس ژن NS 10 جدایه ویروس آنفلوآنزا تحت تیپ H9N2 از سال 2016-2007 انجام شد و پس از تکثیر با روش RT-PCR و استخراج ژنوم، ژن ها بطور کامل توالی یابی (با همان پرایمری که برای تکثیر ژن ها استفاده شده بود، انجام شد) و پس ازآن مورد آنالیز فیلوژنیک قرار گرفت. تمامی این10 جدایه در الل A و در تحت دودمان Korean با موتیف اسید آمینه در لیگاند PDZ KSEI قرار گرفتند که این مساله قرابت ژن های ویروس های پاکستانی را به جدایه های ایران نشان می دهد. ویروس های H9N2 از نظر ایجاد بیماری زایی فوق حاد نیستند اما با انتقال به گونه های پستاندار مثل انسان بیماری خفیفی را ایجاد می کنند. این ویروس ها علاوه بر اتصال به گیرنده های اختصاصی طیور، این توانایی را دارند که با تغییراتی در اسیدآمینه، به گیرنده هایی شبیه به استرین نوع انسانی اتصال یابند.

بررسی کیفیت فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبی آبهای بطری شده در شهر همدان در سال 1395
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: با توجه به تقاضای مردم برای آب سالم، گوارا و بهداشتی، مصرف آبهای بطری شده در نقاط مختلف دنیا رشد قابل ملاحظهای را نشان میدهد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین کیفیت فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبی آبهای بطری شده در شهر همدان طی سال 1395 بود.مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی میباشد که بر روی 5 نشان تجاری پر مصرف و 40 نمونه به صورت تصادفی انجام شد که در آن 20 نوع مشخصه فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادههای بدست آمده با نرم افزار آماری SPSS و آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد هیچ کدام از نمونهها دارای آلودگی میکروبی نبوده و با استاندارد مطابقت دارد. میزان کل جامدات محلول (TDS) آنها کمتر از حداقل میزان مورد نیاز تعیین شده توسط سازمان غذا و دارو (mg/L500) است. اختلاف بین مقادیر اندازهگیری شده و مقادیر ذکر شده در برچسب با استفاده از آزمون paired t-test مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده بین این دو برای همه پارامترها اختلاف وجود داشت که برای پارامترهای نیتریت، TDS و کلراید این اختلاف معنیدار بوده در حالیکه برای بقیه پارامترها این اختلاف معنیدار نبود. میانگین پارامترهای بررسی شده نیز با استفاده از آزمون one sample t-test با مقادیر استاندارد مقایسه شد که نتایج نشان داد میانگین مقادیر اندازهگیری شده تمام پارامترها کمتر از حدود استاندارد میباشد. نتیجهگیری: اگر چه در بیشتر موارد پارامترهای مورد بررسی در نمونهها با استاندارد مطابقت داشت، اما حتی تعداد معدود عدم مطابقتها نیز از لحاظ میزان تأثیر بر سلامتی حائز اهمیت است که باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

زیر همسانه سازی و بیان ژن SO9 گیاه غاسول صابونی در باکتری E. coli و بررسی تیتر آنتی بادی آن در موش سوری
: غاسول صابونی دارای ایزوفرم های مختلف پروتئین ساپورین می باشد. ساپورین جزء پروتئین های غیر فعال کننده ریبوزومی (RIPs) است. ایزوفرم SO9 ساپورین ها، آدنین 4324 موجود در توالی حفاظت شده GAGA را دپورینه کرده و باعث اختلال در پروتئین سازی میگردد. در این مطالعه بیان ایزوفرم SO9 در باکتری E. coli و بررسی تیتر آنتی بادی آن در موش سوری انجام شد. روش بررسی: ژن SO9 سنتز شده، از پلاسمید pUC57-SO9 نوترکیب توسط آنزیم های محدود کننده BamH1 و Sal1 جدا و در وکتور بیانی pET28a(+) زیر همسانه سازی شد. بیان پروتئین نوترکیب با IPTG القا گردید. پروتئین SO9 نوترکیب به وسیله کروماتوگرافی تمایلی نیکل خالص سازی شد. برای تایید پروتئین نوترکیب از تکنیک Western blotting استفاده شد. واکسیناسیون موش های سوری با پروتئین تخلیص شده به صورت صفاقی انجام و تیتر IgG سرم به وسیله ELISA بررسی شد.نتایج: زیر همسانه سازی ژن SO9 در وکتور بیانی pET28a(+) به وسیله واکنش PCR و هضم آنزیمی تایید شد. حضور باند پروتئینی 29 کیلودالتون در SDS-PAGE، بیان بالای پروتئین نوترکیب را نشان داد. پروتئین نوترکیب SO9 به وسیله آنتی بادی پلی کلونال شناسایی شد. بعد از تزریق پروتئین در گروه های تست نسبت به گروه های کنترل، میزان تیتر آنتی بادی تولید شده به وسیله تست ELISA اندازه گیری شد.نتیجه گیری: خاصیت ادجوانتی و ایمنوژنی آنتی ژن SO9 نوترکیب تخلیص شده سبب میشود که از این آنتی بادی برای شناسایی میزان حضور SO9 در گیاه غاسول صابونی، به عنوان کاندید واکسن، تهیه کیت تشخیصی و در مطالعات ضد سرطانی سلول های انسانی استفاده گردد.

رابطة بین متغیرهای زمینهای و سرمایة اجتماعی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ایران
مقدمه: سرمایه اجتماعی یکی از متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سلامتی جامعه است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی سرمایه اجتماعی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران است. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 97-1396 می باشد که تعداد 367 نفر به صورت تصادفی و با استفاده از فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی دلاویز (1384) به همراه تعدادی از متغیرهای زمینه ای استفاده شد. برای بررسی اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب از اعتبار صوری و آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شد. همچنین برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار 17 spss و نیز از آزمون های تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه، تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته ها: سرمایه اجتماعی در این پژوهش با میانگین 91/54 در سطح متوسطی قرار داشت. نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان در بعد اعتماد با میانگین(97/10) کمترین میزان و در بعد مشارکت گروهی با میانگین(47/17) دارای بیشترین میزان سرمایه اجتماعی بودند. همچنین بین متغیرهای سن، دانشکده، جنسیت و وضعیت تاهل با سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه معنی داری یافت نشد. اما متغیرهای وضعیت اشتغال، مقطع تحصیلی و وضعیت سکونت دارای رابطه معنی داری با سرمایه اجتماعی بودند.
