همسانهسازی، بیان و بررسی اثر ضد میکروبی پپتید نوترکیب (CBD)2-DrsB1 بر میکروارگانیسمهای بیماریزای انسانی
زمینه و هدف: به دلیل افزایش مصرف آنتیبیوتیکها و گسترش مقاومتهای میکروبی، دستیابی به عوامل ضد میکروبی موثر جدید امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. یکی از راههای مقابله با طیف وسیعی از بیماریزاها، بیان پپتیدهای ضد میکروبی قوی است که بخشی از سیستم ایمنی ذاتی همه موجودات زنده محسوب میشوند. پپتید درماسپتین B1 یک پپتید کاتیونی قوی با اثرات ضد میکروبی بسیار بالا است.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توالی کدکننده پپتید درماسپتین B1 از قورباغه فیلومدوسا بایکالر به دو تکرار پشت سر هم از دمین اتصال به کیتین پروتئین Avr4 قارچ کلادوسپوریوم فلاوم متصل و سازه ژنی (CBD)2-DrsB1 پس از همسانهسازی در ریشههای موئین توتون بیان شد. بیان پپتید نوترکیب به کمک روشهای مولکولی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. اثرات ضد میکروبی این پپتید نوترکیب بر باکتریهای اشریشیا کولای، سودوموناس آروژینوزا، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، انتروکوکوس فکالیس، باسیلوس سوبتیلیس در محیط آزمایشگاهی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که عصاره پروتئین کل از کلونهای تراریخت ریشههای موئین، اثرات ضد میکروبی معنیداری (05/0>P) بر رشد باکتریهای بیماریزا داشتند. نتایج تعیین شاخص MIC نشان داد که جهت بازدارندگی از رشد باکتریهای گرم منفی غلظت دو برابری از پپتید نوترکیب (CBD)2-DrsB1 در مقایسه با باکتریهای گرم مثبت مورد نیاز بود. نتیجهگیری: شواهد این مطالعه نشان داد که بیان و تولید پپتید نوترکیب (CBD)2-DrsB1 در سیستم ریشههای موئین میتواند راهکاری جهت تولید یک داروی ضد میکروبی جدید باشد.

کیفیت زندگی و عوامل موثر برآن در بیماران همودیالیزی دربیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد درسال 1396
زمینه و هدف :کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت، یکی از شاخص های سنجش سلامتی بیماران می باشد و به اندازه گیری عملکرد، رفاه و سلامت عمومی بیمار در هر یک از سه حوزه (جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی) اشاره دارد.سطح کیفیت زندگی بیماران همودیالیزی پایین تر از افراد سالم می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی فاکتورهای مرتبط باکیفیت زندگی در بیماران دیالیزی می باشد.مواد و روش ها:این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 50 بیمار همودیالیزی 15-87 ساله درشهر مشهد در سال 1396انجام گردید. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات چک لیست اطلاعات جمعیتی و پرسشنامه SF-36انجام گردید. آنالیز داده ها باSPSS نسخه21انجام شد.برای توصیف متغیرها ازشاخص فراوانی و میانگین وانحراف معیاراستفاده گردید تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون کروسکال-والیس و من -ویتنی انجام شد. یافته ها:میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی2/8±3/43بود که در بعد جسمی11.9± 8/42و در بعد روانی4/10±9/43می باشد. بیشترین میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی در مردان 1/6±5/42 ،در افراد مجرد 5/6±43 ، در استفاده کنند گان از وسایل نقلیه عمومی4/8±9/44و افراد با سطح تحصیلات در حد سیکل 7/6±5/43بود ولی میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی به جزسن (04/0=,p3/0-=r ) وطول مدت هرجلسه دیالیز(007/0=,p 2/0-=r ) باهیچکدام ازویژگیهای فردی، فاکتورهای آزمایشگاهی وفاکتورهای کلینیکی ارتباطی رانشان نداد. وضعیت تاهل(03/0=p) و طول مدت هر جلسه به ساعت (03/0=p) و سن(04/0=p) با بعد جسمی کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معنی داری داشت . نتیجه گیری: کیفیت زندگی بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز پایین بوده و نیازمند توجه بیشتر مسئولان به حمایتهای اجتماعی و رسیدگی به وضعیت رفاهی این افراد است.

مقایسه حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده، رضایت زناشویی و همدلی در زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی
زمینه و هدف: دوران پس از زایمان بیشترین خطر را در ارتباط با بیماریهای روانپزشکی و عمدتاً افسردگی پس از زایمان برای زنان دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده، رضایت زناشویی و همدلی زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی بود. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی ـ مقایسهای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی مراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشتی پیربازار و عینک شهر رشت در طی مهر تا آذرماه سال 1397 بود که از میان آنها 120 زن (60 نفر مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و60 نفر عادی) به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده زیمن و همکاران (1988)، پرسشنامه رضایتزناشویی اینریچ (1988) و مقیاس همدلی زناشویی جولبف و فارینگتون (2006) و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمونt مستقل با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS ویرایش 18 انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی از نظر حمایت خانواده (F=8/79, p

آموزش برنامه ایمنسازی در مقابل استرس بر سبک مواجهه با استرس، تنظیم هیجان و سلامت روانی زنان بیسرپرست
زمینه و هدف: چگونگی مقابله با عوامل استرسزای زندگی بر کیفیت زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار تأثیر میگذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر برنامه ایمنسازی در مقابل استرس بر مواجهه با استرس، تنظیم هیجان و سلامت روانی زنان بیسرپرست انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. 48 نفر از زنان تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی شهرستان خمین به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. داده-ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله با استرس، تنظیم هیجان و مقیاس سلامت روان جمعآوری و با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: نشان داد که آموزش تابآوری و مدیریت استرس باعث استفاده بیشتر از راهبردهای مثبت مواجهه با استرس همانند مواجهه مسئلهمدار و کاربرد کمتر راهبردهای کوتاهمدت مثل مواجهه هیجانمدار میشود (001/0p

بررسی تاثیر ال-کارنیتین و رژیم کاهش وزن بر شاخص های تن سنجی در زنان مبتلا به استئوارتریت زانو
زمینه و هدف: چاقی و نوع رژیم غذایی از مهمترین عوامل خطر استئوآرتریت میباشد. ال-کارنیتین ماده ای با خاصیت آنتی اکسیدانی و افزایش دهنده سوخت و ساز انرژی می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر ال-کارنیتین بر شاخصهای تنسنجی در زنان چاق مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو بود.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور از بین بیماران مبتلا به استئوارتریت زانو، 43 خانم مبتلا به استئوارتریت به طور تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. این دو گروه علاوه بر در یافت رژیم کاهش وزن به ترتیب مکمل ال-کارنیتین (1000 میلی گرم در روز) و دارونما دریافت کردند. در ابتدای مطالعه و پس از 12 هفته شاخص های تن سنجی شامل قد، وزن، نمایه توده بدنی، دور کمر و دور باسن بیماران اندازه گیری شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافتهها: هر چند کاهش وزن، نمایه توده بدنی و دور کمر و دور باسن در هر دو گروه در پایان مطالعه نسبت به ابتدای آن معنادار بودهاست اما بین دو گروه ال-کارنیتین و دارونما این تفاوت معنادار نبود (0.05P>). اما میانگین تغییرات دور کمر بین دو گروه معنادار بود (0.006P=). نتیجه گیری: مطالعهی حاضر نشان داد 1000 میلی گرم ال-کارنیتین خوراکی میتواند سبب کاهش معنادار در اندازه دور کمر شود اما تاثیر معناداری بر روی دیگر فاکتورهای تن سنجی ندارد.

اثربخشی درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر تکانشگری و حساسیت اضطرابی در دانشجویان مبتلا به زخم گوارشی
هدف: بیماری زخم گوارشی یکی از مشکلات روانی فیزیولوژیک رایج در بین دانشجویان است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر تکانشگری و حساسیت اضطرابی دانشجویان مبتلا به زخم گوارشی است.مواد و روشها: طرح تجربی از نوع پیشآزمون-پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بودند که طی یک دوره شش ماهه جهت بیماری زخم گوارشی به کلینیک دانشگاه مراجعه کردند. تعداد 24 نفر از دانشجویان مبتلا بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه تقسیم شدند. برای گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی برگزار گردید. ابزارهای مورد استفاده مقیاس تکانشگری بارت و شاخص حساسیت اضطرابی بودند، که در دو مرحلهی قبل از مداخله و پایان مداخله تکمیل و دادههای به دست آمده با استفاده از SPSS نسخه 20مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.یافتهها: نتایج آزمونهای تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که مداخله کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی باعث کاهش تکانشگری ( 80/8 F= ، 001/0 P= )و حساسیت اضطرابی(62/5F= ، 02/0 P= ) در افراد گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه، در مرحله پس آزمون شد.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اثربخشی این درمان بر کاهش تکانشگری و حساسیت اضطرابی پیشنهاد میشود تا درمان کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی برای بیماران زخم گوارشی به همراه سایر روشهای درمانهای طبی اجرا گردد.

نقش و عملکرد تلومر در تولید مثل
اهداف: تلومرها ساختارهای حفاظت شدهی هتروکروماتینی غیر کد شونده با تکرارهای شش نوکلئوتیدی غنی از گوانین هستند که در انتهای کروموزومها قرار دارند. این ساختار در طی تکامل حفظ شدهاند و عملکرد آن ها به طول ساختار وابسته است. در سلولهای سوماتیک، طول تلومر در هر بار تقسیم سلولی کاهش مییابد. کوتاه شدن بیش از حد طول تلومر باعث توقف در چرخهی سلولی، ناهنجاری در تفکیک شدن کروموزومها و مرگ سلولی میگردد. در حالی که در سلولهای زایا و سرطانی به علت فعال بودن آنزیم تلومراز، کاهش طول تلومر در آن رخ نمیدهد. نشان داده شده که برخی از فاکتورها از جمله،1) سن پدر و مادر در هنگام تولد فرزندشان، 2)جنسیت، 3)سابقهی سرطان در خانواده، 4) سندرومها، 5)مصرف سیگار، 6)اشعهی X ، 7) استرس روانی، 8)مصرف مشروبات الکل، 9) عادتهای غذایی بر طول تلومر تاثیر دارند. لذا در این مطالعه مروری، در رابطه با نقش طول تلومر در سلولهای زایای مردانه بحث میگردد.مواد و روش ها: برای این مقاله مروری ما از اطلاعات و دادههای مرتبط و حاصل از جستجوی پایگاه داده PubMed و Google Scholar، بین سالهای 1941 تا 2016، استفاده کردیم.یافتهها: اندازه طبیعی طول تلومر اسپرم می تواند بعنوان یک نشانگری از کیفیت مایع منی ، توانایی لقاح، و در نتیجه جنین با کیفیت خوب و حاملگی در نظر گرفته شود. نتیجهگیری: بررسی ساختار تلومر به خصوص طول تلومر، بینش جدیدی را برای درک ما از علل ناباروری انسان ارائه میدهد.

بررسی و مقایسه تیپ شخصیتیD، سرسختی روانشناختی، تحمل ناکامی و کمالگرایی بیماران کرونر قلبی و افراد عادی شهر خرم آباد در سه ماهه تابستان 1396
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش عوامل روانشناختی و سبک زندگی در سبب شناسی بیماری های قلبی، این تحقیق با هدف بررسی و مقایسه تیپ شخصیتیD، سرسختی روانشناختی، تحمل ناکامی و کمالگرایی در بیماران قلبی و عادی شهر خرم آباد انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه ای مورد –شاهدی و گذشته نگر است. که به مقایسه تیپ شخصیتیD، سرسختی روانشناختی، تحمل ناکامی و کمالگرایی در بیماران قلبی و عادی می پردازد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه بیماران کرونر قلبی مراجعه کننده به مطب های تخصصی قلب و عروق در شهر خرم آباد بودند که 64 نفر بیمار به صورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. همچنین تعداد 64 نفر از افراد عادی که به لحاظ سن و جنسیت با آنها همسان شدند. جهت سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتیD، مقیاس سرسختی روانشناختی و کمالگرایی اهواز و مقیاس تحمل ناکامی هارینگتون استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره(مانوا) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین بیماران قلبی و افراد عادی از نظر تیپ شخصیتیD، سرسختی روانشناختی، تحمل ناکامی و کمالگرایی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. بیماران قلبی از تحمل ناکامی و سرسختی روانشناختی پایین تر و میانگین نمره تیپ شخصیتی D و کمال گرایی بالاتری برخوردارند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می توان گفت که تیپ شخصیتیD، سرسختی روانشناختی، تحمل ناکامی و کمالگرایی به عنوان متغیرهای مهم تاثیرگذار در ایجاد یا جلوگیری از بیماری های قلبی عمل می کنند.

بررسی تأثیر روشهای آموزشی همتا و غیر همتا بر یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در سال 96-1395
زمینه و هدف: آموزش به فعالیتهای گفته میشود که با هدف آسان ساختن یادگیری از سوی معلم طرحریزی میشود و بین معلم و یک یا چند یادگیرنده بهصورت یک کنش متقابل جریان مییابد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر روشهای آموزشی همتا و غیرهمتا بر یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان هوشبری مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به تعداد 48 نفر تشکیل دادند که تمامی بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه همتا و غیر همتا جای گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه چندقسمتی بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (a= 0/93) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارSPSS16 و از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کوواریانس) استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که یادگیری از همتایان بر عملکرد بالینی دانشجویانF=295/68, T=17,19) P

تاثیرهشت هفته تمرین هوازی تداومی و تناوبی بر سطح سرمی پروتئین واکنشی C و مولکول های چسبان در مردان مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی
مقدمهشواهد نشان داده اند که مولکول های چسبان و میانجی های التهابی نقش مهمی در پاتوژنز آترواسکلروز دارند. هدف تاثیرهشت هفته تمرین هوازی تداومی و تناوبی بر سطح سرمی پروتئین واکنشی C و مولکول های چسبان در مردان مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی بود.روش کاردر این پژوهش، 42 نفر مرد میانسال با نارسایی قلبی، هدفمند انتخاب و تصادفی به سه گروه مساوی(14 نفر) تمرین هوازی تداومی، هوازی تناوبی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرین تداومی(شدت 45 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه) و تمرین تناوبی(شدت 45 تا 80 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه با استراحت 5 تا 10 دقیقه ای بین هر تناوب) به مدت هشت هفته(سه روز در هفته) بود. قبل و پس از اجرای تمرین نمونه خونی از سه گروه گرفته، به روش الایزا اندازه گیری شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 در سطح معنی داری 05/0≥P استفاده شد.نتایجپس از هشت هفته تمرین سطح سرمی پروتئین واکنشی C، مولکول چسبان سلولی-1 و مولکول چسبان عروقی-1 در دو گروه تمرینی کاهش معنی دار داشت(P ≤ 0.05)، ولی در گروه کنترل تفاوتی معنی دار دیده نشد. در سطوح hs-CRP (P = 0.023) و VCAM-1(P = 0.0001) در هر سه گروه تفاوت معنی داری دیده شد، اما تفاوت معنی داری در سطح ICAM-1(P = 0.17). در بین سه گروه مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیریتمرین هوازی با کاهش سطوح hs-CRP و VCAM-1 احتمالا نقش موثری در پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری های قلبی-عروقی مردان نارسایی قلبی دارد.

اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و خودکارآمدی وزن در افراد مبتلا به اختلال خوردن
اهداف: اختلالات تغذیه و خوردن با اختلالات پایدار در خوردن یا رفتارهای مربوط به خوردن مشخص میشوند که منجر به آسیب قابل توجه در سلامت جسمی و عملکرد روانی- اجتماعی میگردند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر بهبود نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و خودکارآمدی وزن در زنان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن (طیف محدود کننده) انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در یک طرح نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل، تعداد 30 نفر از دانشجویان دختر مشغول به تحصیل دانشگاه کردستان در سالتحصیلی 95-94 که از نقطه برش معلوم شده در مقیاس محدودیت در غذا خوردن نمرات متوسط رو به بالایی اخذ کرده بودند، پس از ارزیابی بالینی اولیه و احراز شرایط پژوهش، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (درمان متمرکز بر شفقت، 15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گماشته شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس، و مقیاس سبک زندگی مبتنی بر خودکارآمدی وزن بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری (MANCOVA)استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج درمانی بر روی گروه آزمایش پس از دریافت 8 جلسه درمان متمرکز بر شفقت نشان داد که این درمان موجب کاهش معنیدار در علایم افسردگی(001/0P

اتاثیرویتامینهای C و Eدربالابردن سطح نیتریک اکساید وافزایش کشتن تاکی زوئیتهای توکسوپلاسما گوندی توسط ماکروفاژها در موشهای حساس BALB/c
مقدمه: توکسوپلاسما گوندی یک انگل داخل سلولی اجباری و عامل عفونت توکسوپلاسموزیس و دارای دو فرم غیر مهاجم برادی زوئیت و مهاجم تاکی زوئیت می باشد . هدف این تحقیق برای اولین باربررسی تاثیر ویتامینهای Cو Eدربالا بردن سطح سرمی نیتریک اکساید و نقش فزاینده آن درکشتن تاکی زوئیتهای مهاجم انگل درموشهای حساسBALB/c می باشد. روش کار: چهارده 14 گروه 5 تایی (70سر) موش BALB/cبطور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل ومورد تقسیم شدند. هشت گروه کنترل عبات بودند از: یک گروه کنترل منفی که هیچ ویتامین ویا انگلی دریافت نکردند. سه گروه شامل دریافت فقط ویتامین C ، یا ویتامین E و یاهر دو ویتامین بودند. دوگروه کنترل مثبت که با دودوز مختلف 5×104 یا104 انگل آلوده شدندو دوگروه دیگر یکی سالین ودیگری متانول دریافت کردند. شش گروه مورد شامل : سه گروه دریافت کننده 5×104 انگل و سه گروه دریافت کننده 104انگل بودند. به هرکدام از موشها یکی ازویتامینها به تنهایی ویا همراه باهم تجویز شد. میزان ویتامین Eبه مقدار 100 میکرو لیتریک روز درمیان یا ویتامین C به مقدار 200 میکرو لیتر روزانه بصورت داخل صفاقی به مدت 5 روز تجویزشد. همین رژیم برای موشهائی که هردوویتامین را دریافت کردند اجرا شد. درروز ششم موشها با تاکی زوئیتهای انگل بصورت داخل صفاقی عفونی شدند. سه روز بعد ازتلقیح عفونت ، نمونه گیری انجام شد. سرمها درºC 20 – تا زمان انجام تستها ذخیره شدند. پس از جداسازی ماکروفاژهای صفاقی موشها ، تاکی زوئیتها شمارش شدند وسنجش نیتریک اکسایدنیزصورت گرفت .

ارزیابی اثرسمیت سلولی عصاره گیاه ریواس برسلول های سرطان سینه رده MCF-7 وآنالیز بیان ژن ODC1
هدف: از ویژگیهای سلولهای سرطانی که آنها را متمایز از سلولهای طبیعی بدن مینماید میتوان به افزایش میزان آنزیم اورنیتین دکربوکسیلاز (ODC1) اشاره کرد که اثر بسیار مهمی در متابولیسم پلیآمینها در سلولهای سرطانی دارد. در این پژوهش اثرات سمیت سلولی عصارههای آبی، اتانولی و ان هگزانی گیاه ریواس (Rheum ribes) بر سلولهای سرطانی رده MCF-7 بررسی شده است. همچنین میزان بیان ژن اورنتین دکربوکسیلاز به عنوان یکی از ژن های درگیر درسرطان پستان تحت تاثیر عصاره این گیاه مطالعه شده است.مواد و روشها: سلول های سرطان پستان رده MCF-7 در محیط DMEMکشت گردیدند. سپس تحت تیمار غلظتهای افزایشی عصاره از صفر تا200 میکروگرم در میلی لیتر قرار گرفتند. فعالیت سایتوتوکسیک عصاره با استفاده ازسنجش MTT بررسی شد. آنالیز کمی بیان ژن ODC1 با استفاده از تکنیک Real Time – PCRانجام پذیرفت.نتایج: با افزایش غلظت، تأثیر عصاره بر سلولها به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت و افزایش قابلتوجهی در مرگ و میر سلولها دیده شد. در هر سه عصاره ریواس بیشترین سمیت سلولی در 72 ساعت مشاهده گردید. تغییرات بیان ژن ODC1 در لاین سلولی MCF-7 تیمار شده با غلظتهای مختلف عصاره ریواس، نشانگر کاهش بیان ژن با افزایش غلظت عصارهها است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده آن است که عصاره گیاه ریواس بر بیان ژن ODC1 درسلولهای سرطانی پستان انسان اثر بالقوهای دارد و باعث مهار رشد سلولهای سرطانی میشود.

مقایسه کارایی فرآیند جذب مجزا و همزمان سرب و سم 2,4-D توسط نانوذرات دوعاملی مغناطیسی اکسید آهن از ماتریکس های آبی
سابقه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به اثرات غیر قابل جبران فلزات سنگین و سموم بر اکوسیستم های آبزی، ارگانیسم ها و انسان ها، حذف آن ها از منابع آب بسیار حیاتی است. در سال های اخیر، روند جذب آلاینده ها با نانو ذرات مغناطیسی توجه زیادی به خود جلب کرده است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر باهدف، سنتز نانوذره Fe3O4@SiO2-NH2-SH بهعنوان یک جاذب جدید جهت حذف آلاینده های سرب و2,4-D از ماتریکس های آبی انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی تاثیر متغیرهای pH(11-3)، زمان تماس(min150-0)، دوز جاذب (g/L2/1-2/0) و غلظت آلاینده ها (mg/L50-50) بر راندمان حذف و تعیین شرایط بهینه از روش One Factorial با کمک نرم افزار Design Expert استفاده گردید. جاذب به روش هم رسوبی شیمیایی سنتز گردید و سپس مورفولوژی آن با استفاده از دستگاه های TEM، XRD، FT-IR و SEM انجام گرفت. و در نهایت آزمایشات بر روی محلول آبی آزمایش گردید.یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل ساختاری نشان داد که جاذب دارای ساختار کروی با هسته Fe3O4 و پوسته SiO2 است که توسط هر دو گروه عاملی آمین و تیول اصلاح شده است. نتایج آزمایشات نشان داد که بیشترین درصد حذف در سیستم مجزا برای سرب در pH برابر 5، زمان min40 و برای 2,4-D در pH برابر 6 و زمان min90 به دست آمد. همچنین در این سیستم مقادیر بهینه دوز جاذبg/L 8/0 و غلظت اولیه mg/L10 به دست آمد. در سیستم همزمان بیشترین درصد حذف در مقادیر بهینه pH برابر6 و زمان تماسmin 40 برای سرب وmin 60 برای 2,4-D و دوز جاذبg/L 2/1 تعیین گردید.نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج به دست آمده نانوذره سنتز شده چندمنظوره می تواند جاذب مناسبی برای حذف همزمان آلاینده های آلی و معدنی از محلول های آبی باشد.
