The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between maternal count of fetal movements and non-stress test. Methods and materials: This descriptive correlational study was carried out at the Gynecology and Obstetrics ward of the Imamreza Hospital in Mashad, Iran. The sample included 410 non-stress tests and fetal movement counts (205 tests from each group) from 101 high risk mothers in their third trimester. Mothers recorded the fetal movements 30 minutes after breakfast. Active fetus was supposed to have at least 10 movements in 12 hours; otherwise, it was assumed to be inactive. Non-stress test was done at 9:00 pm every night. Biophysical profile was taken whenever the fetus came out to be inactive or non-reactive by either test; then, the results of either test were compared with biophysical profile. Results: In 86.3% of the recordings, the fetuses were active. Non-stress tests were reactive in 78% and non-reactive in 19%. Reactive non-stress tests were observed in 88% of the active and 114.3% of the inactive fetuses. 85.7% of the inactive fetuses had non-reactive non-stress tests (p=0.0001). A significant relationship was found to exist between the results of maternal count of fetal movements and non-stress test (p=0.0001). Also, a significant relationship existed between the time required to feel 10 movements and non-stress test (p=0.0005). The sensitivity, specificity and the negative predictive value of the test of fetal movements count were 15%, 85% and 93% respectively; corresponding figures for the non-stress test were 93%, 76% and 98% respectively. Conclusion: In many cases where maternal report was inactive fetus, the result of the non-stress test was reactive. However, the test of fetal movements count is of acceptable specificity and negative predictive value.}, keywords = {MATERNAL COUNT OF THE FETAL MOVEMENTS,NON,STRESS TEST,BIOPHYSICAL PROFILE,HIGH RISK MOTHERS}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین نتایج تست شمارش حرکات جنین توسط مادر و تست بدون استرس در ارزیابی سلامت جنین مادران پرخطر}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: شمارش حرکات جنین و تست بدون استرس روش های ساده و غیرتهاجمی هستند که به عنوان اولین قدم در ارزیابی سلامت جنین های در معرض خطر به کار می روند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین نتایج تست شمارش حرکات جنین توسط مادر و تست بدون استرس انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی در بخش زنان و زایمان بیمارستان امام رضا مشهد انجام گرفت. نمونه شامل 410 تست بدون استرس و شمارش حرکات جنین (205 تست از هر گروه) از 101 مادر پرخطر طی سه ماهه سوم حاملگی می باشد. مادران نیم ساعت پس از صرف صبحانه حرکات جنین را شمارش و ثبت می کردند. هر گاه طی 12 ساعت، حداقل 10 حرکت احساس می شد جنین فعال و در غیر این صورت غیرفعال محسوب می شد. سپس ساعت 9 شب تست بدون استرس انجام می گرفت. در هر موردی که جنین براساس یکی از دو تست غیرفعال و یا بدون عکس العمل بوده، پروفایل بیوفیزیکی انجام می شد و سپس نتایج هر دو تست با پروفایل بیوفیزیکی مقایسه شد. یافته ها: در 86.3 درصد موارد جنین فعال بود. 78 درصد تست های بدون استرس با عکس العمل و 19 درصد بدون عکس العمل بود. 88 درصد جنین های فعال و 14.3 درصد جنین های غیرفعال تست بدون استرس با عکس العمل داشتند. 85.7 درصد جنین های غیرفعال تست بدون استرس بدون عکس العمل داشتند (P=0.0001). در این تحقیق بین نتیجه تست شمارش حرکات جنین و تست بدون استرس ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت (P=0.0001). همچنین بین مدت زمان لازم برای احساس 10 حرکت و تست بدون استرس نیز ارتباط معنی دار مشاهده شد (P=0.0005). حساسیت، ویژگی و ارزش پیشگویی منفی تست شمارش حرکات جنین به ترتیب 15 درصد، 85 درصد و 93 درصد بود که این مقادیر در مورد تست بدون استرس به ترتیب معادل 93 درصد، 76 درصد و 98 درصد بود. نتیجه گیری: در اغلب مواردی که مادر، جنین را فعال گزارش می کرد نتیجه تست بدون استرس با عکس العمل بود. از طرفی تست شمارش حرکات جنین از ویژگی و ارزش پیشگویی منفی قابل قبولی برخوردار است.}, keywords_fa = {تست شمارش حرکات جنین توسط مادر,تست بدون استرس,پروفایل بیوفیزیکی,مادران پرخطر}, url = {https://jsums.medsab.ac.ir/article_217.html}, eprint = {https://jsums.medsab.ac.ir/article_217_300fda20f37c603b206d5b40b76b70ce.pdf} }
