It is reported that sleep deprivation affected by certain hormones (e.g. insulin, Leptin, ghrelin, and cholecystokinin, etc.) that are involved in energy balance may affect body weight through appetite. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 30-hours sleep deprivation on the response of leptin and ghrelin levels to an Exhaustive activity among active male students.Materials and Methods: Among the active male students of Razi University of Kermanshah, 20 undergraduate students were selected through convenience sampling and participated in the study. Subjects were evaluated by simple randomized cross-sectional design in two situations.Results: Information related to the comparison of post-test and pre-test in two experimental (sleep deprivation) and control (adequate sleep) situations showed that leptin hormone in sleep deprivation conditions decreased compared to rest conditions (9.4 %) And ghrelin hormone in experimental conditions increased compared to control conditions (2.04%) and this difference is considered significant at the level (p = 0.0012). Insomnia also caused significant changes in physiological parameters (VO2max, heart rate, blood pressure, time to exhaustion, etc.).Conclusion: 30 hours of sleep deprivation decreased leptin and at the same time increased ghrelin, which indicates the importance of night sleep, which is one of the influential factors associated with obesity and overweight.}, keywords = {sleep deprivation,Obesity,ghrelin,leptin,Exhaustive activity}, title_fa = {تأثیر 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب بر پاسخ سطوح لپتین و گرلین به یک فعالیت وامانده‏ساز در دانشجویان پسر فعال}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف:محرومیت از خواب یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر میزان انرژی دریافتی و اشتها است. گزارش شده است که محرومیت از خواب، تحت تأثیر برخی از هورمون‏ها (برای مثال انسولین، لپتین، گرلین و کوله سیستوکینین و ...) که در تعادل انرژی نقش دارند ممکن است وزن بدن را از طریق اشتها تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب بر پاسخ سطوح لپتین و گرلین به یک فعالیت وامانده‏ساز در دانشجویان پسر فعال می‏باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: از میان دانشجویان پسر فعال دانشکده علوم ورزشی دانشگاه رازی شهرستان کرمانشاه، مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی تعداد 20 نفر به‌صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و در پژوهش شرکت ‏کردند. آزمودنی‏ها با شیوه‏ انتخاب تصادفی ساده طرح درون‌گروهی با موزانه متقابل[1] در دو موقعیت بررسی شدند.یافته‌ها: اطلاعات مرتبط به مقایسه پس‏آزمون و پیش‏آزمون در دو موقعیت تجربی (محرومیت از خواب) و کنترل (خواب کافی) نشان داد که هورمون لپتین در شرایط محرومیت از خواب نسبت به ‏شرایط استراحتی کاهش (9/4 درصد) و هورمون گرلین در شرایط تجربی نسبت به ‏شرایط کنترل افزایش (2/04 درصد) یافته است و این تفاوت در سطح (0/0012=p) معنادار تلقی می‏شود.نتیجه‌گیری: 30 ساعت محرومیت از خواب سبب کاهش لپتین و همزمان افزایش گرلین گردید که این موضوع نشان‌دهنده اهمیت خواب شبانه است که یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار مرتبط با چاقی و اضافه وزن می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {محرومیت از خواب,چاقی,گرلین,لپتین,فعالیت وامانده ‏ساز}, url = {https://jsums.medsab.ac.ir/article_1427.html}, eprint = {https://jsums.medsab.ac.ir/article_1427_d612421d88e01e38bec239a1b229fda5.pdf} }
